Reunited (and it feels so good) ||Parrish siblings
Isabelle: felt gross, which was an understatement to say the least. Waking up in an unfamiliar place, covered in an unfamiliar substance, was like one of her nightmares coming true. Disoriented and confused, the last thing she remember was running into her house and falling, men looming over her. And then everything went black and she was waking up. Her clothes were wrinkled, she felt the dried silver on her face in disgust as she stood. Her brain hurt, like it was on fire and her eyes seemed to burn no matter how many times she opened and closed them. It was like she had been sleeping for three months straight and only now her eyes were adjusting to the light once again. She wasn't sure what had happened, but seeing that she wasn't the only one, something in the back of her mind told her to go find Jordan. She hadn't run this fast since it happened, making a beeline for the one place she figured her brother would be; the station. Taking a deep breath before stepping in, her hand shook as she grabbed onto the door handle, pulling it open and swiftly stepping in. She looked around quickly, not spotting her brother before going over to the nearest desk. "I need to see my brother. Jordan Parrish. Tell him it's incredibly important."
Jordan: felt like he was falling to pieces. His sister was gone. The love of his life was gone. He was a shell of the person he'd been before, with terrifying blank spots continuously taking over his memory. He awoke so many times covered in ash, naked. It felt like when he'd been literally blown up and emerged the same way. What was he? How was he still alive? There were more questions than there were answers and he was so, so afraid to tell anyone all of this. His friends, they knew he was... Something. Lydia especially. She'd said she felt him as a beacon to her Banshee senses. Said she knew how it felt to be unsure of what you were. She'd been 'something' once. Said she would go to the end of the earth to help him figure out what he'd somehow become.
He was exhausted today. Things had been- he didn't know how to explain it other than crazy. He was almost asleep leaning over his desk when he heard people speaking in surprised tones near the entrance. Looking up, his breath left his body. "I-Isabelle?" He shouted, running over. Strong arms embraced the small girl that had been his world since they day she'd been born. "Is..." His grip tightened. "I thought I'd l-lost you."
