I’m a huge fan of your design for Saiki’s costume, I really really like the pink slashes (giving him a subtle predatory vibe) and the string around the leg. I did make a few personal additions, mainly just for some personal flair if you don’t mind haha. Allow me to explain my little modifications. I changed the sneakers to rollerblades solely because I thought it looks cool. There is absolutely no reasoning behind it. I added little gloves on his hands, I figure it’s a more practical and stylish approach to both blocking psychometry as well as hinting at restraint, I guess? Something something I don’t really do character design much lol. Lastly, I figured a little staff tag would be cool, both to add a extra dash of asymmetry as well as be a reminder that at the end of the day, he’s a teacher there, not a student! Even though he looks 17 years old.

ok now if you may I will now proceed to ramble a bit:

I have watched exactly one episode of MHA. Most of the knowledge I have of it is through osmosis (from being online in general fandom spaces) and through a plethora of crossovers. I’ve got a lot of things I both like and dislike about the series, or at least what I understand of the series, but there’s something so… crossover-able about it that makes it such a compelling setting. Honestly, from what I’ve seen of a lot of the characters, they are just so.. unimaginative with their own abilities. Like you’re telling me everyone’s favorite guy, strongest hero in the world, just… punches stuff? It’s predictable and boring. But I digress.
