Ringing. That is what stayed with him, the only thing he noticed, not the broken arm, ash in his lungs, or sprained ankle it was the ringing in his ears. The ringing that blocked out all noise, canceled out all voices, sirens, collapsing of the-
There were back up plans, building blocks, years of paranoia, prepared him for a time of distress. Favors were called in, threats made, it would come back to bite him, but that did not matter, very little did at this point.
On the outskirts of Neverland, a part where street lights no longer lit, and even the most rambunctious and suicidal party goers would no risk entering, the skeleton of salvation stood, broken and abandon, but still standing: a church.
The Captain sent one mass message, one calling, for he himself was not strong to move the crates of supplies himself he let them sit at the enterence, his sailors would distribute them when the time came. Using the strength he had in his good arm Hook shoved the door inward, allowing himself to limp down the isle, settling on the front pew, and waited.
Mass Text @Rodgers
Unknown Number: This is your Captain, the alive and the wounded will report to 48 layette street, the church, supplies will be waiting.
"You haven’t, Captain." Hannah reassured, an eagerness to impress still glittering in her eyes. She stopped walking turning her body toward the crowds. "I just need to know who."
Slowly he covered his eyes with his hand, reaching out and pointing in the crowd, his finger falling on a pair of men that were easily three times Hannahs size. "Them."
"What did you have in mind?" The rhythmic sound of knife against metal stopped as she brought it to her side. Curiousity not unlike the character she was portraying clear in her body language.
"It's Halloween, little pitbull, the day to celebrate tricks, have I overestimated your sense of creativity?"

Hannah glanced up, looking at the Captain as he walked beside her. A half-grin settled onto her face as her gaze moved back into their previous position. “Just admiring the holiday.” She stated. “I didn’t come here looking for a fight.”
"Pity..." he sighed, disappointment evident. "Once certainly might be looking for you."
Hannah kept walking, letting the knife scrape against the cast iron fence. She scanned each face she passed, admiring the costumes and watching the interactions. Occasionally pulling out stray pieces of candy from her bag and placing them in her mouth.
With ease and silence he fell into step next to the young Rodger. "All this festivities and it looks like you're looking for your next victim...."
"I just had to check for myself that it was actually you dressed up as a vampire and not some kind of drug induced hallucination." She smiled, "I do have one question though. It’s about that," She gestured towards the cane that went with his costume. "Were you a pimp before a vampire?"
"It really is me, no hallucinations." he eased. At the mention of his cane he gave it a slow twirl, then guided Everly aside where he popped the handle off his cane, revealing the "cane" was really a hidden blade. "Not a pimp, just well prepared."
"Piss off!" Molly laughed, an unusual cheery tone to her voice as the laughter vibrated against her ribcage. "You didn’t bloody chain your neighbours wheelie bins to her car!"
From a considerable amount of feet away he heard the familiar laugh, even over the chaos he could pick her voice out. The Captain made his way over to her, the crowd parting as he walked.
"You seem to be enjoying yourself."
"It’s always good to see you out of your cave." She smiled sotly, letting herself be guided as she watched the people around them keep up with the entusiasm.
Scarlett shifted slightly, surprised with his hand on her ack, his lips close to her ear. “Oh, you know. Blond, Marilyn Monroe. So much of a cliché but I finally had the right hair colour to do it so.”
He shrugged. "It's a rarity, I'll confess, but when it happens I go all out" he pulled back, looking her over. "Captivating, if the real Marilyn was alive you'd give her a run for her money." he complimented.

"I said…" She laughed, shortly, looking around and getting slightly annoyed with the noise — damn, she, among all people in this world, shouldn’t feel like that. Scarlett shouted again "You look really great, and I am surprised you came!"
Scarlett, a familiar beautiful face the man hadn't lad eyes on in quite a while. The Captain waved off his shadows, guiding her away from them so he could hear her better.
"Thank you, I'm not one for festivities but I did my best." he had to lean down to whisper in her ear, placing a hand on the small of her back as he talked. "You're looking fantastic yourself."
Despite the eccentric festivities the Captain still dedicated himself to work, his shadows and various other ominous men surrounding him, hushed conversations held over festive looking rum. The fact that he attended the festival in the first place came off as a shock to many, the fact he fell victim to the hype and showed up in costume was enough to cause some to fall into cardiac arrest, but the man had a long list of hidden agendas tonight. The parade was a distraction, with music, laughter, and the streets filled with fake blood, no one would recognize when the real thing pooled.
His attention was preoccupied until it was demanded from a familiar voice, he turned at the call for his name. "Yes?"
"My age must be affecting my hearing, repeat?"
"Okay." Ashley said, returning to pet the dog.
He watched the dog carefully, hand on the leash in case he needed to pull him back, despite there was no reason he could think of that would require him to. "He seems to enjoy you, perhaps because you remind him of his owner. She is also blonde."
Ashley leaned down to pet the dog that had run up to her, smiling at the hyperness of the puppy. At the sight of another figure though, she looked up with a small smile on her face. “Sorry, is he yours?”
"No, a friend of mine." he admitted. "Just walking him as a favor to her."

John’s eyes settled on the man standing next to him. Having to endure James’ presence hadn’t been part of the original plan. Still, considering the location of the establishment — and the number of drinks he had consumed — his only reaction was to glare in response.
Perhaps it was the term that self-proclaimed Captain Hook had chosen to describe the unusual situation, but he felt the need to actually enunciate some words. “I’m sorry. I hope you weren’t talking to me, because I’m about to leave.”
"Then leave." he said with a light shrug, his eyes not on John as he stepped behind the bar, focusing on the drinks he was now mixing. Leo had taught him basics, but years had passed and the proper recipes were long jumbled in his head.
"No one is stopping you, however tell me now so I know if I should pour for two."
"You could just call her. She’s easier to track down that way than anything else."
"Calling to schedule a time to see her seems rather impersonal, but if its what I have to do to get a hold of her, I suppose it's necessary."
