I've been ramping up the climbing. As of late to increase my workout , build strength & speed weight loss. 1000 miles riden & 40k feet climbed in the last 28 days. Today is day 186 in a row on the bike, my diet/workout plan started 4/11/13 & I've lost 110 pounds since then. This has been one of the most difficult things I've ever done. Largely because of difficulty in life as well as no real support. No one ever saying hey good job your loosing weight. I've picked up a handful of followers on #strava who have encouraged me to keep it going as well as meeting some great people on the road.But there are still many hard days & weeks.If you have strava come follow me & watch my journey, I will offer encouragement on yours as well. I really want to get to the 200lbs lost mark. But that will be a uphill battle the next year. The award for biggest waste of packaging I've ever seen goes to #amazon for this one. A huge box about the size of a desktop computer with a box inside of it that was like 5x5 all for a unpackaged 32gb #Sony so card. I love you amazon. But this is a huge waste. U should have stuck it between 2 pieces of cardboard. Taped them together then stuck it in a envelope. #wastful #packaging #savethetrees #overpackaged #wtf
