Pirate / navy au in whichhhhh Hongjoong and Seonghwa have been enemies for life being on the opposite ends of history, but fate decides to kick them in the butt as Seonghwha is on guard duty in some town and the local healer's shop is attacked & robbed, killing the owner in the process. His student, however, bravely defends himself and all he's got, so even when it all crashes and burns, he refuses to go down - which is why Seonghwa decides to give him shelter. There is something michievous about that kid - something lingering in the cornee of his eyes. Yet, Seonghwa is certain of his purity of heart. What he doesn't know, however, is, that the boy is the most wanted pirate captain's lost son.

#things i would like to write but am not able to as i never finished a single story in my life #okay exaggeration but like. most of my fics rot somewhere half done i dont wanna have that again #wooyoung being an annoying ass teenager kid who was brought there in hopes of education by his dad who became a dad very young by accident #Hongjoong wants a different life for him so he mostly cut ties #no one can know...#but as the house is burning wooyoung runs back inside to save all he has of him: letters #which seonghwa obviously reads by mistake and suddenly he knows a different side of the pirate captain #which is very unfortunate obviousl?#so imagine Hongjoong's suprise when an informant tells him about the attack and the entire crew gets dragged there #but no kid is to be found #(crew also does not know except for yunho)#cuz ANGSSSSTTT #and then they find out that the marine took wooyoung #and booom seonghwa finds out through the attack that follows who that daddy is and that he has him right where he wanted him #the only problem is #seonghwa has become very protective of wooyoung and doesn't wanna use him. welp...#ateez au #inspo #give credit tho
