November was a complete wash. I'm okay but unexpected personal stuff cropped up unexpectedly all over the place and this is the first time I have been able to log in to fandom in a couple of weeks.

Thank you anon! My idea was to keep this as low barrier to participation as possible, which is why there are no minimum word count requirements or anything like that either. You can do 100 word drabbles or you can do a full novel-length fill - whatever you prefer! This also applies to posting a new chapter of ongoing WIPs.

There will be weekly posts collecting everything posted that week, and as mentioned any Bingos completed that week will get a special mention on the top. It's okay from the perspective of this event, as long as it fits the eligibility criteria* for this event, but you might want to check with the other event in question too. ^^

So excited about the event and the board! I know the event is about AUs, but given that we have Mafia roleplay and Princess/Cinderella banter and even Hyunjae being a mermaid and a fairy etc etc in actual canon, is it really not okay if we write fic that fits the prompts but are set in canon? 🥺🥺🥺

Honestly, go for it. While the prompts are inspired by common kinds of AUs that fandom plays around with, eventually the event is about getting inspired and celebrating the ship.
So as long as it meets the prompt, feel free to claim the square! ^^
And to clarify, the same applies to the "Canon AU" mini bingo board. Since canon itself gives us a lot of 'canon' alternate universe worlds* (especially in the Side Stories and Afterword), if instead of creating an AU from scratch someone wants to create fanwork for any of the "Canon alternate universes", that would 100% be A-OK and can be used to claim squares!
Hmm, in fact, maybe we can make it a ✨special achievement✨ if someone is able to claim a bingo using only canon events and happenings and missing scenes. That might be fun! ^^
* I am using the term 'canon' alternate universe worlds to refer to both things like the special dungeons the cast goes to in the main novel (such as the VR-verse dungeon in Japan, or the balloon-people world from the games arc), but also the various alternate universes that we got a glimpse into thanks to White Bird.
