A weary traveler in search of some hospitality?

ID: Comic drawn in a scratchy, sketchy style.

The first panel is a shot of a person's torso centered on his chest, where a faucet is protruding from the center. The second panel has a shot of the person as a child, still with the faucet in his chest and a scratchy circle for a head, wearing a t-shirt and shorts with sneakers, sitting on a nondescript stoop. The seventh panel shows the faucet flowing I bit stronger, with the text, "Fluctuating by the day, by the moment, but sometimes."

The next panel shows the faucet stopped, with only a few drops that haven't fallen yet, with the words, "It stops," small and spaced apart from each other.

The next panel is a thin shot similar to the very first panel, but smaller, and the person's body language seems more distressed. Spaced on either side, there's text that reads, "Usually it comes back, but..."
