raleigh + jeremy | like real people do

Jeremy loved that everything was in walking distance from his house; the theater, the diner, Raleigh's place. It was close enough to not take too long, but it was a long enough walk to give the wolf time to think. He couldn't actually believe that he was about to go on a date with Raleigh, a man that he knew wasn't the type to settle or even bring home to dear old mom and dad, but it somehow didn't stop him from asking the other out. Jeremy chuckled softly at the conversation that had led up to this little arrangement, wondering when it would be the time that he started hating himself for the decision. He guessed it would be about the time when Raleigh 'broke his heart' because he was dumb enough to catch feelings but he thought that one date really couldn't bring him that much harm.

Great. If I talk to anyone that needs help, I might refer them to you depending on if it’s something you know how to help them with or not. Baseball, just simply start talking to someone at a baseball game, if you can afford it. And as for making long-term friends, that’s something that can be worked on with me.
