Fasting “Meals”
Hello loves! So I’ve been doing a bit of experimenting and research into some “meals” for when ever I decide to fast and I have to say I’m pretty proud of the results.
Protein water - put one scoop of protein powder of your choice in with 16oz of water and you are set! I usually use Lite Protein which you can find at Wal-mart for $7. Protein powder is a really good thing to have on hand. It can really fill you up and you can say you had a protein shake for a meal and no one really questions it!
Pedialyte - This is a vitamin type water that they give to babies to keep them hydrated. It’s only 35 calories a serving and is pretty sweet so it’s great for a sweet tooth. And it’s packed with electrolytes so it works wonders in keeping you alert and focused.
Fruit Tea - I am addicted to tea! I like to get fruit flavored Celestial Tea. My favorite is blueberry which tastes like a blueberry muffin! But this goes for tea in general, especially green tea which can boost your metabolism.
Lemon Ginger Water - boil some ginger and lemon slices in some water to develop the flavor and you’re set. Not only does it taste good and freshen your breath but it also aids digestion and boosts your metabolism.
Fruit “Smoothies” - I like to take fruit (usually blueberries OR strawberries) and blend them with water. I normally use 20 blueberries (20 cal) or 4 strawberries (16 cal) and blend it with 20oz of water. This tastes good, fills you up, but also gives the appearance of you cooking/preparing food allowing you to fast without causing questions.
Pickle Juice - Yes I know this one is weird, but hear me out. I am known for destroying my sodium levels as I am a sucker for a savory/salty snack, so naturally I always have a jar of low cal pickles on hand. When ever the jar empties I keep the juice to have as a salty snack to satisfy my cravings while fasting.
Vitamin Waters - This one really isn’t a secret but hey, can’t blame a girl for trying. They taste great and help make sure that you get enough vitamins, and most are usually little to know cal so chug away!
Veggie Broth - Depending of the brand veggie broth is only 15 cal for one cup. It tastes good and does a pretty good job of fulfilling a craving for something salty and mimicking an actual meal. Heat up in a mug and you are golden.
Coffee with Almond milk - I am a vegan and have a dairy allergy so it almond milk is a must. I have this every morning regardless if I’m fasting or not. It tastes amazing and almond milk is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin D, and other vitamins and minerals. And if you add a teaspoon of Stevia or any sweetener of your choice makes this a hella good sweet treat. I often times have this as a dessert.
Soda water and fruit juice - this one is kinda genius. If you can find a fruit juice that’s low in calories and sugar, mix it with soda water to make “sparkling fruit juice.” Make sure that the water is room temp and it will make you feel full for longer.
And the obvious one Diet Soda - this is a staple in persons life if they have Ana/Mia. You can never go wrong with a Diet Dr Pepper or what ever type of soda you prefer.

Daily intake/ how I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks
I’ve been getting a lot of questions on when do I exactly eat my meals and how my day just plays out. So here ya go cuties :)
Morning: I wake up at 7:30 and I get ready for school, no breakfast.
Lunch(12:30pm): I eat some pieces of a salad that the school lunch provides. I usually dip the cucumber slices and lettuce and baby carrots in the dressing (the dressing is balsamic vinegar). It’s usually not that much. Just a couple bites each vegi.
Evening (3:30pm): when I get home I eat a rice cake with honey and an apple, I try to stay away from the kitchen as much as possible. I also eat almonds if I have them.
Night/dinner(5/6/7pm): I try to ignore what my mom makes for dinner if the dinner is fattening. I usually eat the foods that I have/like, So an apple, rice cakes, almonds. Sometimes if I feel good I don’t eat dinner at all. But if I feel like eating what my mom made I try to eat very little of it.
Throughout the day I drink water of course and I just think good positive thoughts.
Having a bad mindset makes you feel worthless, and you’ll binge. And binging is the worst.
But having positive healthy thoughts makes you wanna keep going :)
I exercise once in awhile if I feel good. For exercise, I dance (non stop)for a whole album length. And when I say dance I mean DANCE. I pretend I’m having a small concert in my room and I just go crazy.
When I take showers I make it very very very cold for the last 5-10 minutes of it. It burns calories and it makes you feel alive and awake.
For drinks I only have water (sometimes with lemon). Literally that’s all I have. I hate soda(and diet soda is the same as regular soda js. There’s no such think as “no calories”. It’s soda. It’s still bad for you). And I drink no milk or juice. Only water.
Restrict= binge. But changing your lifestyle and what you eat = not binging at all.
These past 2 weeks I haven’t binged once. Yes I had a burger that one day and yes I had pizza but I’m still being as healthy as possible.
You guys just need to get rid of all the bad food in your house and try to stay positive and healthy.

💛how to avoid binging💛
I don’t tend to binge a lot, and I know that binging sends me into a huge depressive spiral. I hope that isn’t the case for any of you, but if it is, I have a couple tips and tricks for how to avoid it.
🌼Eat a snack when you are physically hungry. Binging is caused by physical hunger. The brain uses cravings to communicate this. My favorite snack is apple slices. A full apple is about 95 calories, so depending on the size of the slice it can be under 20. I usually have 2.
🌻Have some tea. Green tea works best, but also water with lemon is great.
🌼Turn on music and just dance. Dance crazy, dance around the room, dance like you’re not starving yourself. Chances are you’ll feel out of breath and tired, and not hungry anymore.
🌻Ask yourself why you want to binge. What you’ll gain from it. Try and negotiate yourself out of it. Approach this one like you’re debating someone.

Just 64 days ‘till Christmas, so here’s some rules to finally get my shit together!
Food/Drinks:
Eat max. 800 kcal per day.
High protein.
Avoid carbs (Bread, noodles etc.)
Eat more fruit and vegetables.
Eat 2-4 dried plums every evening.
Chew gum whenever you feel hungry.
Drink 8 glasses cold (lemon) water.
2 cups of green tea every evening.
1-2 cups of black coffee.
Work:
Don’t buy food!
Drink 1 protein shake and nothing else.
Always try to be the best.
Drink water.
Work on free days for 4 hours. Less free time, less time to eat.
Other Rules:
Get 7-8 hours sleep.
Must lose at least 1kg/2 lbs per week.
Weight yourself every morning.
Don’t eat dinner with your family.
Fast as often as possible.
!!! DON’T BINGE !!!
Take a 2-3 hours walk on weekends.
Stretch every morning and evening.
Watch ASMR before you go to bed.
Read more books.
Weight goals:
SW: 72 kg / 158 lbs
CW: 61,9 kg / 136 lbs
GW 1: 60 kg / 132 lbs
GW 2: 55 kg / 121 lbs
GW 3: 50 kg / 110 lbs
UGW: 45 kg / 99 lbs
Rewards:
GW1: 1 pair of new shoes.

72+ hours: body burns protiens ( body starts burning muscle, tissue, etc )
1-2 weeks: may die from lack of minerals or heart failure

( this all may vary depending on weight and activities )

sooo i’m studying medical sciences at university and i just learnt the reason why the first 3-4 days of a fast are the hardest! here are some facts:
your stomach takes around 1-3 hours to process all the food and empty itself, and once it’s empty, it has hunger contractions, telling your body it’s ready for food again
the strength of the contractions can be altered based on blood sugar levels, so if you haven’t been eating (aka low blood sugar levels), you will have stronger contractions
level of contractions can be quite strong and can cause mild pain called hunger pans = normally a result of 12-24 after last ingested food
the strength of these continue increasing between 3-4 days of starvation, and then they stop
