One of my struggles at work is that I can't share the things we're designing. They might become the world's first of its kind and I'm super excited about it. 

Much admiration for those who can remember unfamiliar names of the Asian people when doing global businesses.

I often find the answers other people give me are not satisfying. Is it me being too stubborn or conceited?

It's ok to be angry. It means you care. But if people keep making you angry, you'd care less, and less, and less, until you won't be angry anymore because you don't care anymore.

Does to respect mean to compromise? I don't wanna compromise. You wanna leave because you're lost. And I have the vision. Why waste your time elsewhere searching for something you don't know? Oh, I see. To respect is to let go. A horse should not be leashed.
