Haven't been on tumblr in forever and just went through my page. I really had a lot of wise things to say, but I think I've lost that part of myself a little. But I'm happy that part of the old me can inspire me to again be more like that.

Do you remember that time in the pool, under the stars, in the middle of the night, on the Gili Islands, hiding from the pool guard, when you told me to put my ears in the water and just look up. Everything was so quiet, just the sound of being underwater, looking up at the stars, holding each other, like we were the only two people in the world. I will forever treasure that moment. We just stopped and we just existed, together, and nothing else mattered.

Can't believe how strange it is to be anything at all

I really wish I could appreciate things more while I have them, cuz it's true, u don't know what u got 'til it's gone. I am appreciating and loving my time in Spain so so much, but I know I will appreciate it even more when it's over. But I guess it's always kinda like that. I just get stressed sometimes about not appreciating enough, and capturing the moments enough, but I don't know how to do it more. I guess the only way is to just live the moments

I love how British people call you "love". It makes the conversation, and the entire atmosphere, so much more loving, we need that kinda stuff more

The human race is a disgrace to earth

I'm really liking the person I'm becoming in Spain, I've seen how I've changed so much. Mostly in my thinking, how I approach things, because of the people and the environment. And I'm really hoping I will stay like that when I go back home. I'm more relaxed, it's nice

Sometimes I'll find myself envying other people's personal traits and thinking, why am I not more like that? When I should just appreciate that I know someone with that wonderful trait. But I'm not supposed to have it, because that's not me.
