this day was a complete headache. i woke up with headache, and it accompanied me throughout the day. it was the worst day for it to come, as in advance i had to sit for 6 hrs in a row and do all the psychological activities our mentors suggested. who said professional orientation training is easy? despite that, it brought me to the community of like-minded people and discovered so many new things about me that i've never even thought about. definitely won't regret going there and hope to find out my real passion soon!

after the session, i decided to make a slight walk around the center and along the street in the very heart of Kyiv — Khreschatyk — just to look around and enjoy the architecture (photos 1-5, made and retouched by me).

saw one blogger i follow, though didn't make enough courage to say hi to her. actually there was a reason for that, so i don't regret it.

evening is the time i don't even remember because migraines got stronger, so i had to lay down and hope for them to go away.

went to the city center for the professional orientation lecture today. it was out first of 5 lectures and it rather felt like a game for introduction and acquaintance with each other and our program. loved everything about it despite lecturers' Ukrainian was really russified and i was the only Ukrainian-speaking in the group there:(

the next quest found me while i was trying to find the subway station using Google maps — that's when the sirens started. got a bit scared but was lucky to find that subway station nearby really fast (they serve as shelters during air raid alerts).

when i arrived home, there was no electricity again. omfg if only you knew how annoying it is to continue studying with only 12 hrs of electricity😭 mobile data stops working as well, so the quality of education now really sucks.

Friday is my favorite day not only because it closes the working week, but also because of our genius school syllabus: Math, Physics, Chemistry and PE (prob an odd one here). luckily i didn't have to go out to the café today, though on the other hand it's easier for me to focus in such an environment than at home. tomorrow gonna start my professional orientation courses which i'll be attending every Saturday and Sunday during nearly 1.5 months. looking forward to getting to know my groupmates and maybe have a walk in the city center.

okay, the greatest news of today was of course the liberation of a big town on the Southern Ukraine🇺🇦 i was just crying while watching those heartbreaking videos how ppl are greeting Ukrainian soldiers and celebrating being under Ukrainian control again after 8 months of occupation😭 though there's still a lot of towns and villages to fight for — it's our small victory towards the biggest one. i believe each and every one of Ukrainian citizens isn't forgotten and will live in peaceful r*ssia-free Ukraine.
