I can't believe I will be in Nashville on Wednesday, it's just so unreal to me, I will tell you a story, 3 years ago there was a girl who was in a very miserable time in her life, was miserable at work, dealing with Pcos for 12 years, was 50+ pounds heavier previous Pcos, diagnosed with a distinction on her pituitary gland that messed it up her hormones like crazy, was lost, depressed and pretty much just faking with a smile on her face but deep inside she was miserable. Only her family knew how bad she was feeling at one point and basically couldn't deal with it anymore. This girl decided to put her health as her 1st priority, and resigned her job, although people thought she was nuts, she finally did it. She wanted to be healthier and over come Pcos WITHOUT medication, but she didn't know how or where to start, She knew there were women whose beT Pcos naturally and started to read a lot about it, she found a community on Instagram And decided to reach up for help! She "met" a girl on Instagram who was into this health and fitness thing, asked questions about her products And work outs, although at that she didn't have a job ( which means her budget was tight ) she knew her health was her number 1 priority and decided to order anyways, of course her coach was aware of her financial situation And offered her to enroll as a discount coach so she could get the products with 25% off which was very helpful at that time. She was introduced to this community, they were really nice and welcoming, she learned a lot about healthy and this clean eating concept that seems to work, she started to change the way she was eating and started to work out at home, the first days with her work outs were hard, she cried the first 2 weeks, the work outs were hard but she didn't give up and even when she suck at it, she was still trying her best. 2 years pass, and she officially over come Pcos on March of this year { that was amazing, best news ever } she was so excited to share this amazing milestone , she knew a lot women suffer with that disorder and she was aware she could help many by simply sharing what she did, #health #fitness #fitblr #fat killer #workout #bodybuilding #love #pcos warrior #healthy living #training #weight loss blog #fitfam #healthy #blogging #healthy choices #active #follow me #motivation #determination #lifestyle #diet #get fit #fighting Pcos #weight loss #burning fat #fighting obesity #cleaneating #eatclean #pcos friendly #progress
