hello!!!! to introduce me a lil, my favourite hobby is playing the sims as ive been playing since 2010. ive always had a tumblr account but i usually just used it for cc. i started posting screenshots sometime in 2023 and then i started to learn about reshade + a billion other programs and now i looooove creating sims content!

we love creating a studio that looks good AND is functional hehe

wall decor featuring some of my favourite albums!

i edited the albums to try my best to make them look more maxis match friendly without using a.i or doing too much (im lazy lol)

they look softer and not so hyper realistic so it blends better with the game, some are better than others but i still think they all look decent! (check the before and after picture for reference)

these are decor for wall and can be found in painting/posters or search "jeanbeansims" :)

there are 21 variations which are pictured above

size them down all the way for traditional album size

*the albums on the floor are a recolour of @simsxen vinyl's+ her pose and are not included, this is just wall decor (i probably will upload the recolour of her vinyls soon anyways)

coffee shop is finished + main floor which includes a kitchenette, 1 studio room and the big boss's office (woman owned ofc 😝 )

now time to make the rest of the music studio rooms and a boardroom for those pesky meetings...

im working on making a new recording studio for my sim (shes working late cause shes a singerr hehe) and a joined coffee shop! im not too bad of a builder my issue is i just get lazy with decorating and details but i am trying my best to make it look really good instead of basic, but also simple!!

i also need to download SO much more build/buy cc. all i do is download adult female content lol its time to switch it up and expand my cc from 25gb to 100gb. Lets gooooooooooooooooooooooo <3

if anyone reading this has any good sites they get their build/buy from that is easy to download (im so lazy omgg sorry) lmk!!!

Nancy Landgraab's Charity Event raises 3 million simoleons to fund art programs in public school for low income children and teens all over Oasis Springs.

Plenty of familiar five-star faces were seen at the gala last night, including singer-songwriters Justice J & Bethany Endo, the duo closed out the night with a performance which included famous hits from some of the biggest artists in sim-history.

Fans are very excited to see Justice J take the stage again after a long hiatus of 3 years, especially with the rumours speculating a recent breakup with her fiance, Andre Adams. She has not come forward yet about anything.
