what do you use for hand tracking ? pure camera or some glove/tool

I'm using the built-in hand tracking of my old Oculus 2 headset. It's pretty convenient to use in Unity, and I can work with the finger positions to interpret all sorts of gestures. (Although there are plugins that make the code work with a normal webcam outside of VR)
