I remember when I began my fitness journey I felt so ashamed to take body pictures because I felt I had nothing to show but I was so wrong!! I wish I would’ve embraced my lack of muscle and seen my body as the canvas it always was. Years later and I never would’ve imagined being this strong! I would kill for a picture of my scrawny legs to see how far I’ve really come! I’m no where near my body goals personally but I’m not gonna let that prevent me from inspiring others, devalue the work I’ve put into this lifestyle or, worst of all, convince me to hide doing what I love most. I’m embracing every step; setbacks, gains, losses, and everything in between because dreams are worth fighting for 💪
