worth noting: just like for my Zooble and Gangle designs, I didn't aim for a direct translation of their circus avatar designs so much as an attempt to do a more realistic "what they could've looked like pre-circus" concept.

Page one: While Caine is talking with the Moon and Bubble, Jax falls back, confused about his tail. “When would that have even...”
Pomni gives Jax a look before changing the subject. “Who do you think asked for this one?”
Jax snaps out of it. “What?”
They look at the other circus members by the picnic blanket. "I thought it was one of the others, but they haven't really looked up."
Page two: Jax leans back and scoffs, "Despite what Caine thinks, that suggestion box has been around for years. It was probably from someone before your time."
Pomni says, "I guess that makes sense. Still, I gotta hand it to them. This is, like, the nicest thing I've done since I got here. I just wish they could've seen this." She looks at the stars, not seeing Jax glance at her with a carefully blank expression.
Page three: A shot of Jax's room. From the mirror, glow in the dark stars can be seen on the ceiling. Pomni continues, "Whoever they were... they must've really missed the stars."
I caught myself wondering… what would Jax look like if he were truly, deeply enjoying music?
How would he smile if he wasn't wearing his mask?
