Sometimes I accidentally activate the AI overview mode usually it’s just bothersome but recently I did it while doing wordle- with unexpected results:
It tried to make sense of the words and gave me a really bad pizza recipe.

I had a guy tell me that women should not get pain relief during labour because in Genesis it says the labour pains are the women's punishments for disobeying God in the Garden of eden. Yes that is correct. But when I then grabbed his car keys and pocketed them he was baffled asking what I was doing. I told him that the same passage says about men:
"cursed is the ground because of you; through toil you will eat of itall the days of your life.Both thorns and thistles it will yield for you,and you will eat the plants of the field. By the sweat of your brow you will eat your bread,"
So if women have to suffer, logically he has to refrain from using anything that makes his life easier, cause buddy, he got o punished as well. Car? Nope. Hoover? Nope. Lawn Mower? In your dreams. Anything helping you lift stuff? Nope. A shovel to help work the ground? You got hands don't you?

One thing I love about working in a social job is working together with a lot of people who genuinely and unabashedly care for the world and people aroud them. Like today, I am desinging a fun (I hope) event for teens in autumn and asked a man in the parish of whom I know he is good with woodwork if he could help me out with something there. And later on he came back with several ideas on how to make my idea much cooler for the kids, totally enthusiastic and happily planning stuff for kids he knows he will never meet, but excited at the prospect of them having a good time.
This is true for so many jobs, whether schools, kindergarten, social offices, churches, synagogues etc. Of course every insititution has issues, and can fall prey to people abusing it and the people they can reach with it for their purposes but it still offers people a chance just to be there for each other and honestly many people take it and love taking it. And that's beautiful.
