Here are the ratios I use: 🍳 5 tsp roller oats 🍳 2 tsp chia seeds 🍳 2 tsp mixed seeds 🍳 1 tbsp honey Ideally, you can add dried fruits and skip the honey, since you'll have some sweetness from the fruits. If you have a long commute, you can soak the oats at home and enjoy them in the train, bus or whatever.
