You mean to tell me we got an ACTUAL EXPLANATION for why Sammy’s family stopped talking to her and they CUT IT OUT??? I’ve been speculating on that for SO LONG and making shit up to try to explain it because “you don’t eat meat anymore, fuck you child that I used to love” felt so weird to me. But her refusal to use her settlement to help the farm actually makes so much sense for a relationship-ruining conflict! Sammy is completely right that it’s her choice but it makes sense that it would be a big enough deal for her parents to stop talking to her. WHY DID THEY CUT THIS?

Another upside: I was kind of struggling to keep my interest in Kpop Demon Hunters for a bit there, but listening to How It’s Done while I feel like shit is giving me the exact same feeling as it did when I watched this movie for the first time last summer while I was sick for months and miserable and it just made me feel so much better about everything. This movie is medicine
