Beach Buggy rear cushions all finished up for Rhysā amazing ride.
With Rhys moving his fuel tank to the front of his buggy he wanted to neaten up the rear area so Iāve made some cushions to match his existing front seats. Diamond pleated vinyl with a soft suede insert. Whatās not to love!
Luke popped over this afternoon to collect his T25 upholstery. Itās looking great in his van.
And thatās the cushions all finished for Lukeās T25 Holdsworth. I love the clean look heās gone with on these.

Lukeās T25 Holdsworth seats were due a much needed retrim so here they are sporting their new grey covers with white piping. The drivers foam needed a little repair work and I made a new diaphragm for it as the old one had all but snapped in two.

A day trip up to Eastleigh today for me in the Baja to fit the headliner and sunvisors I recently put together for Mike (@jennythebus), including taking the windscreen out and reinstalling.
A beautifully sunny day which was perfect for fitting the headliner but made taking pictures of the work quite tricky (Iāve included some before and during pictures too).
Thanks to Mike and his wife for keeping me fuelled on tea throughout the day. š
Iāve been getting a few bits prepared for an on-site job later this month. Sunvisors reupholstered and a grey headliner made up for @jennythebus ready for me to fit in a few weeks.
The sunvisors are reupholstered to match the seats I did for him way back in 2023 (where has that time gone?!)
Iāve enough grey headlining fabric to make another so will putting one on my eBay page soon if anyone is after a late bay cab headliner.
A table full of curtains!
Iāve just finished this 10 curtain set for Sallyās bay Window Westfalia in this fantastic olive fabric.
6 side curtains, 2 rear curtains, a curtain for the sliding door and then a large curtain for the cab area.
These are backed with a silver blackout material and finished up with a set of matching tiebacks.
Lorna has fitted the early bay seats I recently reupholstered for her. This stock style always looks well at home in an old VW bus.

Lornaās early bay seats all finished up yesterday. These seats have a lovely ānot quite stockā look with beige and rattan vinyl.
These are the last seats Iām doing this year now. Our baby is due essentially any time now so Iāll be a little quiet on here for a bit.
A small job checked off from my back burner list; Simonās Studebaker sunvisors all finished up.
I didnāt have much to start from with these, just the bare frame for one side and a pretty knackered back board and frame for the other.
Everything was stripped down to the bare components and cleaned up and painted. New boards and covers made up and then everything sewn up to make a nice set of new sunvisors for the truck.
