Would you ever write a one shot about Bullet Jimmy and Tangos wedding?
I’ve been wanting to ask for a while but I don’t know if it felt demanding or not (I love bullet verse so much)

It would have been a simple ceremony, in a chapel in town. Jimmy would want it to be done properly even if he hadn't step foot in a church in a very long time.
Jimmy and Tango both wore nice, yet simple, clothes with white shirtsleeves and neat waistcoats. Zed helped to polish their boots to a nice shine.
They had a celebration back at Vida Ranch much like the Epilogue, a big dinner and dancing about the newly built big house. Skizz made an amazing wedding cake that turned out yellow instead of white, but the happy couple didn't mind for it tasted like fresh lemon and sugar.
Joel and Lizzie and Gem were all in attendance, and of course the Boomers.
Jimmy made sure that there was a spare seat at the dining table, a place set for those not with them. Purely in symbol for Tango's parents who were no longer with them, and Jimmy's parents whom were too frail to brave the long journey there. And in part, even if he didn't say as much to Tango and the rest, that place was maybe a little bit for Grian too. Someone who he thought might one day be his best man.
what do you think would've happened if jimmy, because of a lapse in judgement or any other reason, chose to go with grian after the train crash?
Oh Anon, you make the brain start whirling with possibilities.
The going at first would be tense and silent for sure. I think that Grian would have gotten further into Jimmy's head and convinced him that Tango wasn't coming and that the Boomers didn't care about him.
It would be a situation of 'scared to with him, scared to be without him'. Jimmy would walk on eggshells, but find himself slipping back into their old habits. All the while, Grian would reinforce the ideas that the Boomers just wanted to take him captive again and are after them now and they must move quicker. Jimmy would have nightmares every night, Grian now aware of how to manage the calm Jimmy better.
In this what-if, I think that Tango would eventually find their camp one night and try to extract Jimmy, only for Jimmy to shoot Tango out of confusion and desperation. They take Tango's horse and ride off, living on the lam and living for weeks just as Jimmy did for a year. They follow Jimmy's original plan of heading west, hopping trains and riding for days until they reach a place where no one knows them.
One day, Impulse and Skizz and Zed would find them, and I don't honestly know who would win.

So the uniforms are very loosely based on the blue uniforms of the American civil war. Because this is fantasy, this is Not the civil war, but that's kinda what I was picturing. Also, my main visuals for the army, both uniform and base wise, come from Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron because I was a horse girl when I was younger lmao

i just finished bullet for my bounty in like 5 days and words cannot express accurately enough how this fic has made me feel. While jimmy panicked i was panicking with him, while jimmy cried i was crying with him. Its been uncountable the amount of times i jawdropped irl or had to put my hand over my mouth. This fic is the best fic ive read in a long while. Seeing your writing style improve from the first chapters to the lasts was amazing and the part that made me feel the most anguish was jimmy's backstory and all the time he spent with grian. Even if it wasnt the intention the solidarian in this fic is too tier and may be the single thing ill be thinking about for weeks. The way to portray jimmy's nightmares, panic and hallucinations was refreshing and really pulled you into the story. Evrry chapter i was craving to know more, to understand what exactly happened and so excited and impatient to know ehat may happen next.
Ironically after that paragraph, after finishing the story i feel completely speechless. Insane fanfic. Bullet!grian ill never forget you. Holy shit please keep writing forever

Whilst I can never promise anything because my mind wanders, I have a whole plot line drawn out for alt POV of Bullet, and ideas for a prequel and/or sequel. Again, I am a busy guy so I don't know if/when that would be written, but just know that the thoughts are swirling.
