I’ve never been very conscientious about what I put in my body, to be honest. It’s a wonder I even remember to eat half the time.

And what do you do for a living, if I can ask? I bet nothing sport related. You can't really combine that mindset and a sport career, believe me.

Being healthy sounds like such a drag. How do you do it? What’s your favorite cheat food?

I have good willpower? No, but seriously...healthy food doesn't have to suck. You can still make it taste great. My favourite cheat food? Nerds Ropes. I'm still sad we don't have those in England. 

Good because my brother screws me over every year with that. I’m not letting it happen this year though. Weird that it is on different days when we’re only across the pond.
