Jack is nearing the end of her pregnancy and they have been counting down the days to the arrival of the baby. She had blown up and exercise ball and was bouncing on it in the living room with a heavy sigh, “Come on girl, let’s go.”
Henry comes in with a mug, “here’s the midwife’s brew you requested.”

She laughs and looks down at her belly, “It is a little cute but it’s so hard to maneuver and I haven’t been able to bend down for weeks.”

She grins back at him and goes to pee before she widens her eyes as feels a strange sensation, “Uh Henry?”

Jack opens the door and laughs, “My water may have just broken.”
Henry rushes over, “Water broken? Not pee?”
She looks in the toilet and shakes her head, “That didn’t feel like pee..”
He looks at her with wide eyes, “But no contractions yet?”
Jack shakes her head and laughs, “I don’t think so..” She groans in a soft pain and widens her eyes, “Oh there we go.”
Henry tries to stay calm, “Alright, let’s grab the bag and I’ll drive us to the hospital, do you need help?”
She squeezes his arm and nods her head, “Just help me to the car and I need to text my mom.”
He nods, “Okay, I’ll grab the bag and help you to the car and I’ll call your mom.” He pecks her lips and runs to grab the bag and he throws it over his shoulder before going back to her and putting his arm around her, his freehand calling her mom on speaker.
Jack nods and holds her stomach as she watches him.
Henry starts to walk her out of the apartment and Wendy picks up with a smile in her voice, “Hello, darling. How are you? How is Jack?” Henry laughs, “In labor!”
She laughs with a hint of pain, “Can you come to the hospital with us?”
Wendy gasps and squeals, “I’m leaving now! I’ll meet you there! Be safe on your drive, and congratulations!”
Jack leans into Henry and nods, “See you there.”
Henry opens the car door for Jack and helps her in.
She thanks him with a soft groan as she gets into the car.
He gets around to the drivers seat and starts the car and hurriedly but carefully starts their drive to the hospital. He holds his hand out for hers, “We get to meet Arden.”
Jack takes his hand and squeezes it gently with a grin, “We do.”
Henry smiles, “I’m here for you. Squeeze my hand when you need to.”
She nods and leans over to kiss his shoulder, “Thank you.”
He nods his head, “You’re welcome. I’m your partner, I’m gonna do everything I can for you and for her.”
Jack squeezes his hand harder and smiles, “I know, I just don’t know what to even expect.”
Henry smiles, “I know, definitely a lot of feeling uncomfortable.”
She nods as she lets out a breath before she groans again in pain and squeezes his hand.
He strokes her thumb with his, “you got this, baby.”
Jack closes her eyes and whimpers softly.
Henry frowns and lifts their hands to kiss the back of hers.
She sighs as the contractions end and she leans her head back against the seat.
He drives a little faster, “I’m sorry baby.”

Henry kissed her hand, “we’re pulling up now.”
She nods and squeezes his hand.
He pulls up to the maternity ward at the hospital and parks before he gets out of the car to grab the bag and then help Jack out of the car.
Jack takes his hand and gets out of the car, “It’s go time isn’t it?”
Henry smiles and nods, “It is. When we leave here, it’s gonna be with our daughter.” He kisses her lips a few times, “should we take our last picture outside of the hospital as a family is two?”

He takes out his phone and opens the camera to selfie mode and holds it out to get them both fully in it.

Henry grins and quickly takes the photos before bending down to kiss her belly and take another.

He takes one more photo and then puts his arms around her, “Alright, baby, let’s do this.”

She sighs softly and nods, “Okay, let’s have a baby.”
He smiles widely, “let’s have a baby.” He leads her into the hospital.
Jack laughs and follows him inside and lets the staff wheel her into a delivery room.
Henry follows and texts Wendy to let her know where they are.
She gets settled into the delivery bed as the nurses set up her monitoring before she feels another contraction and groans.
He takes her hand and sits beside her. Wendy comes in during it and rushes to her other side, “Oh my baby..”
Jack squeezes Henry’s hand as she whines softly before she sees her mom, “Mom…oh thank you.,”

Jack shakes her head and hums, “No, no, I’m okay right now. I think my contractions are still far enough apart.”
Wendy nods and sits beside her, “Well you let me know, Henry and I will do whatever you need.”

Jack leans over to peck his lips gently and hums before the nurses come in to let her know the epidural team will be coming in soon.
He returns the peck and smiles, “good, you’ll get some relief.”
She nods and smiles softly as she leans back in the bed before looking at her mom, “Did dad come?”
Wendy shakes her head and smiles, “Not with me but he said he’ll be here.”
Jack half smiles with a nod, “Okay…I hope he’s here to meet the baby and not give any grief.”
Henry furrows his brows, “I wouldn’t let him.” Wendy shakes her head, “Nor would I.”
She nods and smiles softly, “Okay good. What about Jacob and Sam and Mei? Did you text them?”
He shakes his head, “I didn’t, I wasn’t sure who you wanted to know right away. Want me to let them know?”
Jack nods with a smile, “Yeah give them updates.”
Henry nods and takes out his phone to text the three of them.
She sighs and leans back against the bed.
He smiles at her, “done.”

Henry smiles and kisses her knuckles, “you’re welcome.” His phone goes off and he smiles, “Sammy and Mei are getting in the car now. They said they’ll be in the waiting room.”

Jack grins wider before the epidural team comes in and she sits up.
He gets and moves to help her.
She smiles and takes his hands as she shifts out of the bed.

Jack nods and follows their instructions to start the epidural process.
He listens and keeps holding Jack’s hands.
She squeezes his hands and closes her eyes as they insert the needle into her back.

Wendy laughs, “Twice. That’s how much I loved having you.”
Jack laughs and shakes her head, “I can’t imagine dad was as calm as Henry.”
She laughs, “Not even close. You are very lucky.”
She grins at Henry and squeezes his hand.
Henry smiles at her lovingly. Wendy smiles, “Henry is steady. Your father needed to be sent on multiple walks.”
Jack laughs softly and shakes her head, “I can imagine he was restless.”
Wendy laughs, “He was a frantic madman.”

She nods and kisses his cheek gently as the doctor comes in to check on them.

Jack listens to the doctor as they give her an update on the baby and the next steps.
He smiles and squeezes her hand lightly and supportively.

Henry smiles and lifts their hands to kiss hers.
Jack grins then looks at the monitor she feels the next contraction in a dull ache.
He strokes her arm and kisses her shoulder.
She squeezes his hand and whines softly.
Henry frowns and keeps stroking her arm as Wendy strokes her hair. “You’re doing so good, Jack.. Our baby will be here so soon,” he soothes.
Jack nods as she leans her head back and breathes through the contraction.
He frowns and keeps holding her hand, “What can I do?”
She shakes her head and squeezes his hand, “It’s okay, it’s slowing.”
Henry kisses her cheek softly.
Jack smiles at his kiss and nods, “Okay it subsided.”
He smiles, “I’m so glad to hear it.” Wendy smiles, “Anything I can do for you, dear?”
She squeezes Henry’s hand and shakes her head, “No, no. I don’t think so.”
Henry smiles, “no ice chips?”
Jack laughs and shakes her head, “No but maybe just some water.”
Wendy smiles, “I’ll get it.”
She nods and smiles, “Thank you.”
She goes to get her water and Henry smiles at her, “You are doing incredible, baby.”
Jack grins up at him and leans her head back, “Thank you.”
Henry leans down and kisses her softly.
She sighs happily and returns the kiss.
He smiles into the kiss and strokes her cheek with his thumb.
Jack leans into his touch and pulls back with a wince as another contraction starts.
Henry frowns and leans his forehead against hers, “Breathe through it, baby. You’ve got this..”
She grips his wrist as she breathes in and out deeply.
He breathes with her and watches her face.
Jack looks up at him and breathes with him.
Henry kisses her nose. “You’re doing so good..”
She nods and squeezes his wrist, “Damn….nothing prepares you for this.”
He half smiles. “I’m so sorry.”
Jack shakes her head and whimpers, “It’s okay, baby.”
Wendy comes back with a pitcher of water and a cup and brings it over. She fills up Jack’s water and hands it to her, “Here you go.”
She thanks her and takes the water bottle before taking a long sip.
Henry strokes her hair softly as he watches her.
Jack smiles as she sips the water and sighs when she pulls it back, “That helps.”
He smiles, “Good.” Wendy smiles, “Want more?”
She nods with a laugh, “Yeah, it’s feeling hot in here, is anyone else hot?”
Henry smiles, “I think that’s you, babe. Since you’re in labor.” Wendy grins and hands her a water.
Jack laughs and sips more water, “You must be right.”
He grins and kisses her head, “I love you so damn much.”
She smiles and closes her eyes at the kiss, “I love you too.”

Jack opens her eyes and sighs, “How long were you in labor, mama?”
Wendy raises her brows and smiles, “Oh, well.. maybe I shouldn’t say.”
She raises her brows at her, “Oh now you have to tell me.”
She laughs, “28 hours with you and 12 hours with Jacob.”
Jack widens her eyes, “Over a day?!”
Wendy half smiles, “I told you I shouldn’t say.” Henry smiles, “that doesn’t mean that’s how long it’ll be for you.”
She laughs and shakes her head, “Everyone get comfy just in case.”
He laughs and gently smooths his hand over her belly.
Jack looks down at her belly and laughs, “Little lady, let’s not waste any time.”
Henry grins and whispers to her belly, “We wanna meet you..”
She runs her fingers through his hair and grins.
He kisses her stomach and then sits up straight, and smiles at Jack lovingly.

He laughs and shakes his head and takes her hand.

Henry smiles, “I can’t believe you’re in labor and still laughing and smiling.”
She laughs and shakes her head, “I guess the epidural is doing what it’s supposed to do.”
He grins, “thank god.”
Jack squeezes his hand and smiles before she feels another contraction and she holds her stomach.
Henry frowns and kisses her temple.
She whines softly and kisses his hand.
He frowns more, “Baby..”
Jack squeezes his hand and shakes her head.
Henry kisses her temple, “you’re doing amazing. I’m so proud of you.”
She nods at him and smiles weakly.
He frowns, “I’m sorry..”
Jack shakes her head at him, “Don’t apologize. It’s all a temporary pain.”
Henry smiles a little and kisses her cheek, “I wish I could ease it though.”
She squeezes his hand and smiles, “Just having you to support me is helpful.”
He smiles, “Always.” Wendy hands Jack another cup of water.
Jack smiles at her mom and drinks more water, “Thank you.”
Wendy smiles, “of course, we have to keep you hydrated.”
She nods and gulps down more water.
Henry strokes her hair and kisses her forehead.

He leans his forehead against the top of her head.
She smiles wider and puts her hand on his neck, “I love you.”

Jack nods with a smile as she holds her belly then turns onto her side.
He shifts and starts to massage her lower back. Wendy strokes her cheek gently and smiles, “My baby is having a baby.”
She grins at her mom and closes her eyes, “I can’t believe it either.”
She smiles and keeps stroking her cheek, “you’re going to be such an amazing Mummy.” Henry keeps massaging her and smiles as he listens.
Jack shakes her head and sighs, “I hope so.”
Wendy smiles, “I know so. And so does Henry.” He kisses her shoulder, “it’s true.”

Wendy brushes Jack’s hair away from her face. Henry kisses her shoulder, “they’re getting longer and closer together. Do you want me to get the doctor?”
She nods and shifts back onto her back, “Yeah, I think so.”
Henry rushes out to get the doctor. Wendy squeezes her hand gently.
Jack smiles and squeezes her hand back, “Water again?”
She gives her another cup of water and smiles, “here you are.”
She nods and drinks more water.
Henry comes back with the doctor in tow.
Jack leans back and listens as the doctor starts to talk, “I think we may be close to go time. We may move you into the delivery room just in preparation. If nothing progresses within the hour then we’ll move you back here.”
Henry nods his head and smiles at Jack, “Okay.”
Jack nods in agreement before the nursing staff hand her mom and Henry scrubs, “For you two.”
He stands up and puts on the scrubs and Wendy does the same.
She smiles at them as the nurses start to move her bed to the delivery room and she lets out a soft breath.
Henry holds her hand as he follows. Wendy walks close behind them.
Jack squeezes his hand and smiles softly.
Henry smiles, “I love you.”
She grins at him and nods, “I love you.”
He grins widely, “I can’t wait to see you hold our baby.”
Jack kisses his hand and smiles, “I feel the same about you.”
Henry smiles, “Will you do skin to skin when she’s born?”
She nods and squeezes his hand, “Absolutely.”

Jack grins softly before she feels another contraction and squeezes his hand as the team wheels her into the delivery room.

She whimpers and looks at him as she breathes with him while the team set her back up.

She nods as she whines softly.
He moves his freehand to her cheek.
Jack leans into his touch as the pain subsides and she pants softly.
Henry brushes his thumb over his cheek, “my strong, strong girl..”
She whimpers softly and nods her head, “Henry..”
He kisses her head, “I’m here, baby.”
Jack nods and squeezes his hand as the doctors give another look, “You’ve dialated quite a bit since you’ve been here. Let’s give it another few contractions then we’ll see if we can push.”
Henry stays close to her and Wendy comes up to take her other hand.
She glances at her mom and smiles as she squeezes her hand.
Wendy smiles at her, “you’ve got this.” Henry smiles and leans down to kiss her temple.
Jack nods and smiles, “Thank you.” She feels another contraction and groans louder.
Henry frowns, “squeeze my hand, baby. I’m right here..”
She squeezes his hand and whimpers as she tries to breathe deeply.
He takes deep breaths with her and he leans down to be as close to her as he can.
Jack looks into his eyes as she whines softly.
Henry place soft kisses all over her face.
She smiles weakly as she squeezes his hand.
He presses his nose to her temple, “we’re so close to meeting her, baby..”
Jack nods and closes her eyes. The midwife gently squeezes her ankle, “Okay mama, I think we may be ready.”
Henry grins at her, “I’m right here. Squeeze my hand while you push.”
She looks up at him and squeezes his hand before she looks at her mom, “Okay..”
Wendy smiles, “Mine too. I’m right here to cheer you on, darling.”
Jack smiles softly before the doctors count her in to start pushing. She continues to push for a few minutes before she groans in frustration and leans her head back, “I can’t…”
Henry kisses her temple and nods, “you can, baby. I’m so sorry it’s hard and painful but you are so close to holding our little girl, just a little longer..”
She nods and squeezes both their hands hard as she starts to push again with a deep groan.
He nods his head, “you got this, you’re amazing baby..” Wendy breathes with her, “you’re so close.”
Jack pushes harder as she pants as she hears the midwife nod, “Keep going, she’s almost out!”
Henry grins widely, “you’re almost there, fuck Jack, you’re amazing. I’m so proud of you, baby.”
She squeezes her eyes shut as she cries out and keeps pushing before she hears the baby cry and she collapses back onto the bed.
His eyes widen and fill with tears, “Jack, baby, she’s here. She’s here!” The nurses help her with her gown and move to place Arden on her chest.
Jack lifts her head and cries softly as she moves her arms around the baby, “Oh my god..”
Tears roll down his cheeks as he grins and he strokes her hair as he looks at them, “You did it, Jack.. oh my god, you’re amazing. You’re incredible.” He kisses her temple a bunch of times.
She looks down at Arden and grins, “I can’t believe it.”
Henry looks down at Arden and lets out a small sob, “she’s beautiful, Jack..”
Jack looks up at him and grins widely as she lets the tears fall down her cheeks, “I love you.”
Henry grins at her, “I love you..” he kisses her a few times.
She returns each kiss before she looks down at Arden.
Wendy grins widely, “She is gorgeous, Jack..”
Jack kisses Arden’s forehead and smiles as she closes her eyes, “Thank you.”
Wendy smiles, “I’m gonna give you three some alone time.” She kisses her head, “I’m so proud of you.”
She smiles at her mom and nods, “I love you, thank you for being here.”
Wendy smiles, “of course. Congratulations.” Henry thanks her and grins before leaning his head against Jack’s.
Jack grins widely and leans into Henry, “We did it.”
Henry laughs, “you did it, baby. You brought her into the world.”
She shakes her head, “I couldn’t have done it without you.”
He kisses her quickly, “Our baby is here. That’s Arden.”
Jack looks down at her and smiles, “Your turn to hold her.”
Henry smiles widely and he pulls his shirt off before taking Arden from her carefully. He leans back and lays her against his chest, “Hi Arden.. I’m your daddy.”
She drops her head back and grins as she watches them.
He smiles widely down at Arden and then at Jack.
Jack smiles widely at him, “Look at you.”
Henry smiles proudly at her, “Let’s get married.”
She laughs sleepily and raises her brows, “What?”
He smiles widely, “I want you to be my baby mama and my wife. Let’s get legally married and have a wedding later.”
Jack grins and watches him with Arden, “I like the sound of wife.”
Henry smiles and leans over to kiss her softly.
She puts her hand on his cheek and grins as she returns the kiss.
Henry pulls back after a moment and whispers to her, “Will you make me somehow even happier by marrying me, Jack Pan?”

Jack nods at the nurse and holds her hand out for Henry.
Henry takes her hand and kisses her knuckles.
She grins widely at him, “My husband.”
He grins even bigger, “my wife.”
Jack giggles and pulls him closer, “I love you.”
Henry smiles and shifts to be next to her on the bed and wraps his arms around her, “I love you too.”
She leans her head against his as she sighs happily.
He smiles and rubs her back, “you wanna nap?”
Jack nods and squeezes his arm, “I can’t believe I pushed her out of me..I’m sure I won’t be able to really sleep as soon as she’s back.”
Henry laughs, “Me neither. Rest while you can, baby..”
She nods and cuddles into him.
He holds her close and kisses her head.
Jack closes her eyes and sighs happily.
Henry smiles and rubs her back.
She nuzzles into his neck and shakes her head, “I can’t believe I did that.”
He smiles widely, “you’re fucking amazing.”
Jack laughs softly and squeezes him gently.
Henry smiles and keeps rubbing her back.
She gets sleepy and relaxes against him.
Henry holds her tight and sighs contently.
Jack smiles against him and hums until she hears the door open with the nurses returning Arden to them.
He takes Arden into one arm and keeps holding Jack with the other.
She looks down at Arden and grins.
Henry looks down at Jack and kisses her head.
Jack smiles at his kiss and moves her finger to gently brush over the her hand, “She’s so small.”
He grins at her, “She is.. and she’s ours forever.”
She smiles widely with a nod as Arden wraps her hand around her finger.
Henry grins widely, “Aww, she already loves her mama.”
Jack laughs softly and shakes her head, “I love her.”
He smiles. “Do you wanna take her and I can go bring in the fam?”
She nods and adjusts her gown before taking her into her arms.
Henry smiles widely and takes his phone out to take a picture of her.
Jack grins at the camera then looks down at Arden.
He takes a few more photos and then kisses her forehead, “I love you.”
She grins softly and closes her eyes, “I love you.”
Henry smiles widely, “Be right back.”
Jack nods and smiles, “Okay, we’ll be here.”
He smiles widely and goes to the waiting room to find everyone, “She’s here. Who wants to meet her?”
Peter is sitting next to Wendy and stands up with her, “Let’s go.”
Mei smiles at Sam, “should we go in after them?” Wendy takes Peter’s hand and smiles.
Sam nods with a grin as he goes over to Henry, “Congrats, big bro.”
Henry smiles widely and pulls Sam into a hug, “thank you.”
He hugs him tight and grins, “You’re gonna be an amazing dad.”
He smiles wider and squeezes him, “thank you.” He pulls back and claps him on the arm. Mei grins and hugs Henry next, “Congrats! Hows Jack doing?” He smiles, “she’s exhausted, but happy and healthy.”
Sam nods in understanding and smiles, “We can’t wait to meet her.”
Henry smiles widely at them, “Soon. Thank you for coming.”
He nods and squeezes his arm, “Wouldn’t be anywhere else.”
He smiles widely, “I love you, Sammy. I’m gonna go bring in Wendy and Peter and I’ll be back for you.”
Sam nods and wraps his arm around Mei, “Love you too, Henry.”
Mei grins widely at them. Henry smiles and leads Wendy and Peter back to the room. Wendy grins widely as Jack, “Look at you two..”
Peter follows Wendy and Henry into the room and stays back a bit. Jack looks up and grins at them, “You wanna hold her?”
Wendy grins widely and nods. She goes over to Jack and kisses her head before carefully taking her. Henry grins at Jack, “Wanna tell them her name?”
Jack takes Henry’s hand and nods with a smile, “Arden Wendy Westgate.”
Wendy gasps and looks at them with tears in her eyes, her bottom lip trembling, “Really?” Henry grins at her, “really.”
She grins widely at her mom and Arden. Peter approaches his wife and looks down at the baby, “She’s beautiful, Jack.” Jack smiles and nods her head, “Thanks, dad.”
Wendy sniffles and grins down at Arden, “What a sweet little thing.. how are you feeling, Jack?”
Jack smiles and leans her head back, “Exhausted but so happy.”
Henry strokes Jack’s hair and smiles down at her. Wendy grins widely, “you did it, darling. It feels like just yesterday I was holding you like this.”
She leans into his touch and smiles. Peter leans over her shoulder to look at the baby more, “She looks so much like Jack did but with darker hair.”
Henry smiles and leans down to kiss her head. Wendy grins, “I wonder whose eyes she’ll get.”
Jack smiles at the kiss and takes his hand. Peter smiles and shrugs one shoulder, “I just hope she’ll want to come explore with her granddad.”
Wendy giggles, “Oh I’m sure. Want a turn, Peter?” Henry laces their fingers together.
Peter nods and gently takes Arden into his arms. Jack watches her dad and smiles softly.
Wendy grins widely as she watches them. Henry kisses Jack’s hand.
He smiles down at the baby and sways a little. Jack squeezes his hand and keeps watching them, “Be careful, dad..”
Wendy laughs, “He’s just swaying, not bouncing.”
Peter rolls his eyes and smiles, “I’ve had babies.” Jack nods and squeezes Henry’s hand.
Henry smiles and kisses her head:
Jack smiles softly and shrugs one shoulder, “Can I have her back?” Peter chuckles and nods as he gently places her back in her arms, “Just like your mom, she always wanted you guys in her arms.”
He grins widely, “to be fair, she’s been carrying her for nine months all by herself.”
She laughs and brushes her hand over her hair, “That’s true.”
Henry smiles and kisses her cheek.
Jack smiles up at him and nods, “Are Sam and Mei here?”
He smiles and nods, “they are. Want me to grab them?”
She nods and looks back down at Arden.
Henry goes to get Samei and he leads them into the room. Mei grins and goes over to Jack, “Hi, Jack. How are you feeling?”
Jack smiles up at them and nods her head, “I’m feeling good. Meet Arden.” Sam leans over and grins at her, “She’s so tiny and cute.”
Mei grins widely, “Oh my goosshhh, she’s so cute!” Henry grins, “that’s your Auntie Mei and Uncle Sammy, Arden.”
She grins and brushes her hand over her cheek, “She is, isn’t she?” Sam nods with a grin, “Wow..I can’t believe she’s here.”
Mei grins, “squishy little baby.”
Jack smiles at them, “Do you want to try and hold her?”
She grins brightly, “I’d love to!”
Sam nods with a hesitant smile, “I’ve never held a baby before.”
Henry smiles, “We’ll show you.”
He nods with a smile, “Okay..” Jack sits up a little, “Sitting is easier.”
Henry takes Arden from Jack and smiles at Sam, “Go and sit.”
Sam nods and sits down in one of the chairs.
Mei smiles, “Hold your arms like this.” she shows him.
He smiles at Mei and nods as he holds his arms out.
Henry smiles and carefully places Arden his arms, “Just keep her head supported at all times.”
Sam nods as he looks down at the baby and grins, “Wow.” Jack grins and nods to Henry, “Take pictures.”
Henry grins widely as he takes picture and Mei leans her chin on his shoulder.
Sam looks over at Mei and grins at her, “This is crazy right?” Jack grins as she watches them.
He takes more photos and grins. Mei grins widely, “that’s our niece, Sammy.”
He nods with a grin, “You guys make such a cute baby.”
Henry smiles and laughs, “thank you.”
Jack giggles softly and shakes her head, “It’s all him.”
He scoffs and laughs, “No.”
Sam chuckles and looks at Mei, “Wanna turn?”
Mei smiles, “Sure.” Henry smiles and carefully moves Arden from Sam’s arms into Mei’s. She grins widely down at Arden, “Hi girly, I’m so excited to meet you.”
Sam grins as he watches Mei.
Mei grins up at Sam, “This is so cool.” Henry takes photos of her.
He nods in agreement and smiles before Arden starts to cry and Jack sits up straight, “Oh no…”
Henry takes Arden from Mel and brings her to Jack.
Jack takes her back into her arms and pats her butt gently as she shushes her before she widens her eyes, “How do I help her?”
He smiles, “do you want me to kick everyone out and grab the lactation consultant? Maybe she’s hungry.“
She nods with a small smile.
He politely asks everyone to leave and they go back to the waiting room while he goes to get the lactation consultant.
Jack shushes the back as she rocks her gently.
Henry comes back with the lactation consultant and sits beside her on the bed.
She listens to the consultant as she teaches her how to feed.
He watches and listens intently.
Jack attempts to have Arden latch and furrows her brows as she watches.
Henry rubs Jack’s back, “Be patient with yourself..”
She nods as she keeps trying to get her to latch.
He kisses her head and rubs her back.
Jack looks down at Arden and sees she’s latches, “Oh..I think she did it..”
Henry looks down and grins, “That’s awesome, baby.”
She smiles as she watches her.
He smiles and kisses her temple gently.
Jack smiles and leans into him a little.
Henry grins, “you’re feeding our baby.”
She laughs and nods her head, “I think so at least?”
He smiles, “I can see her swallowing.”
Jack looks down at Arden and smiles widely.
Henry smiles and takes a photo of her.
She looks up at him and grins, “I feel like a mess, do I look like one?”
He smiles at her lovingly, “you’ve never looked more beautiful.”
Jack smiles and shakes her head, “I love you.”
Henry grins at her, “I love you too.”
She looks down at Arden and sighs happily.
He smiles, “She is perfect.”
Jack nods in agreement and smiles, “She’s part you and part me.”
Henry grins shyly, “Our baby girl..”
She scoots over a little and nods to him to join her.
He lays beside her and brings his arm around her.
Jack leans her head onto his shoulder and smiles.
Henry kisses her temple and sighs contently.
She looks down at Arden and notices she’s starting to fall asleep.
He smiles, “Awwww.”
Jack grins and gently pulls her off of her breast before fixing her gown and holding Arden against her chest.
Henry smiles and runs his fingers through her hair, “That’s our baby..”
She grins with a nod as she kisses Arden’s forehead gently.
Henry smiles and rubs Jack’s shoulder.
Jack leans back and sighs as she closes her own eyes.
He kisses her head, “Want me to take her?”
She nods with a smile, “Please..”
Henry takes Arden from her and lays her on his chest.
Jack looks at them and smiles.
He grins and rubs Arden’s back.
She grins wider and leans her head back, “She’s gonna be a daddy’s girl.”
Henry laughs softly, “it’s gonna be equal.”
Jack shrugs with a laugh, “But I know how amazing you are. She’s gonna be enamored with you like I am.”
He smiles widely, “Babe.”
She grins and nudges her nose against his jaw, “My husband.”
Henry grins widely at her, “My wife..”
Jack giggles and leans up to kiss him.
He smiles as he returns the kiss.
She grins against his lips and hums.
Henry smiles widely against her lips.
Jack pulls back slightly and sighs happily.
He grins widely, “My girls.”
She leans her chin against his shoulder and smiles, “That’s us.”
Henry smiles widely and looks down at Arden.
Jack nudges her nose against his shoulder and closes her eyes, “You’re stuck with me now.”
He chuckles, “I’ve been stuck with you.”
She giggles sleepily and shrugs one shoulder.
Henry laughs softly, “Sleep, baby.”
Jack nods as she relaxes against him.
He smiles and leans his cheek on her head as he looks down at Arden.
She smiles to herself as she starts to drift off to sleep.
Jack leads him into their suite on the island of Bondat and gently tosses her bag to the side as she walks to the balcony to see the view, “Wow…”
Henry grins widely and moves behind her, moving his hands onto her bump, “I’ve never been anywhere that looked like this before.”
She looks over her shoulder at him and grins, “I love taking you to new places.”
He smiles and kisses her temple, “I know.” He rubs her belly, “How are you feeling?”
Jack leans back into him and smiles at his touch, “Pretty good. A little tired from the trip, pixie dust would be faster but my mom told me I shouldn’t right now.”
Henry smiles, “I wouldn’t have let you anyways.” He kisses her cheek.
She wrinkles her nose and laughs, “I knoooow.”
He laughs and gently lifts up her belly for her.
Jack laughs and leans her head back, “Baby is excited to be here.”
Henry grins widely, “I’m excited for baby.”
She smiles with a nod, “Me too. And nervous.”
He smiles, “me too.”
Jack looks over at him, “You are?”
Henry laughs, “of course. We’re having a baby.”
She giggles and nods as she puts her hands over his, “I know. You just seem like you’re going to be a natural.”
He smiles and kisses her neck, “I’m really excited to be a dad but I also don’t wanna mess up.”
Jack tilts her head to the side and shakes her head, “I know you won’t.”
He smiles and gently lowers her belly, “I’m gonna do my best.”
She squeezes his hands and nods her head, “I’m gonna do my best too.”
Henry smiles, “I know, and I love you.”
Jack turns her head to kiss his jaw, “I love you.”
He smiles and kisses her softly.
She returns the kiss and moves her hand back to his neck.
Henry smiles and rubs her waist as they kiss.
Jack pulls back slightly and grins, “Let’s put on swimsuits and go down to the beach.”
He nods and smiles, “Okay.”
She pecks his lips before pulling out of his arms to go to her bag.
Henry smiles and goes to get changed.
Jack changes into her two piece and starts to put on sunscreen over her bump.
He puts on his swim trunks and smiles as he puts sunscreen on her back and shoulders.
She grins and looks over her shoulder at him, “Thank you, baby.”
Henry grins at her, “you’re welcome.”
Jack laughs softly and continues to rub sunscreen into her skin.
He smiles and kisses her head before pulling back to put sunscreen on himself.
She grins and turns around to him, “Let me get your back.”
Henry nods and turns around as he continues to rub the sunblock into his skin.
Jack starts to apply the sunscreen to his back and hums happily.
He grins, “I love you.”
She kisses the back of his shoulder before she rubs over it with sunscreen, “I love you.”
Henry smiles and finishes up, “need me to get anywhere else for you?”
Jack hums and looks down, “I can’t really reach the end of the legs.”
He turns around and smiles, “I got it.”
She smiles and watches him as she holds out the sunscreen.
Henry smiles and kneels in front of her as he gets her legs with the sunblock.
Jack grins and moves her fingers through his hair.
He smiles at her and kisses her belly.
She laughs softly and smiles down at him.
Henry smiles and stands up, “Love you and Baby W.”
Jack grins and kisses his jaw gently, “I love you and her and we really need to settle on a name.”
He grins widely, “Let’s go discuss as we lounge.”
She nods as she grabs their towels.
Henry smiles and grabs their beach bag with waters and sunnies and more sunscreen.
Jack holds her hand out for him and smiles at him.
He smiles and takes her hand, “I love you.”
She grins and squeezes his hand, “I love you.”
Henry smiles and leads her out.
Jack follows him out of the room and towards the beach.
He swings their hands as they walk.
She laughs and squeezes his hand as they step into the sand with a happy sigh.
He smiles widely, “let’s go find our cabana.”
Jack grins and nods to the direction of the cabanas.
Henry smiles and squeezes her hand gently and finds their reserved cabana, “this is nice.”
She follows him and grins, “It is. It’s beautiful here.”
He smiles and takes their stuff and puts it down on the table for them.
Jack lays her towel out on a chair and grins, “What do you wanna do first?”
Henry smiles at her, “I’m okay with laying for a bit before we go in the water.”
She nods as she shifts to lay down on the chair, “Me too.”
He lays next to her and smiles widely, holding his hand out.
Jack takes his hand and grins at him with a happy sigh.
Henry grins and brushes his thumb over hers, “Okay, baby names.”
She laughs and closes her eyes as she leans back, “Do you have a family name you wanna use?”
He wrinkles his nose and shakes his head, “I don’t think I would want to immortalize anyone in my family like that unless we use Sam as a middle name.”
Jack squeezes his hand with a nod, “I like that.”
Henry smiles at her, “Yeah?”
She grins over at him with a nod, “Just Sam or Samuel or Samantha or even Sammy?”
He grins, “Any, I guess it would depend on the first name.”
Jack smiles with a nod, “Hmm..do you like short or long names?”
Henry laughs, “Short and medium? Probably no more than two syllables.”
She giggles and nods her head, “Do you have any in mind?”
He hums, “I like gender neutral names like yours.”
Jack hums with a nod, “I do too.”
Henry smiles and looks at her, “Okay, hit me with your ideas.”
She leans her head back as she thinks, “Sage, Wren, River? Are those too nature-y?”
He hums and shrugs, “Maybe a little, Sage is pretty though.”
Jack laughs softly and nods to him, “Any names you like?”
Henry hums softly and takes out his phone to look at options, “Arden, Hayden, Shay?”
She grins and raises her brows, “I like Arden a lot.”
He smiles, “Okay, I’ll put a star by it.”
Jack giggles and squeezes his hand, “Cute. Would you be open to two middle names?”
His brows raise, “sure, what else?”
She smiles shyly and shrugs, “My mom has been so supportive of us and baby, I feel like something for her would be nice.”
Henry grins at her, “I actually was gonna suggest that.”
Jack lifts his hand to her lips and kisses his knuckles, “You’re the best.”
He smiles, “Why don’t we save Sam for future, and let your mom have this.”
She raises her brows and smiles, “You sure?”
Henry grins, “I’m sure.”
Jack kisses his hand again with a hum, “Let’s see, other names..what about Cora?” She giggles and looks over at him.
His upper lip curls in disgust, “don’t even mention that name in context with our baby.”
She laughs and leans over to kiss his cheek, “Of course I’m teasing.”
Henry makes a face, “I know, but gross.”
Jack laughs and kisses the corner of his mouth, “I’m sorry, baby.”
He kisses her a few times, “Jeeeez.”
She returns each kiss with a laugh, “Never, baby.”
Henry laughs and kisses her nose, “Okay back to real names.”
Jack hums softly and looks at her phone, “Kaia, Freya, Eden?”
He hums, “I like Kaia and Freya but they’re girly so not at the top of the list.”
Jack laughs with a nod, “Okay, okay. Your turn.”
Henry looks down at his phone, “Shiloh, Kieran, Charlie.”
She hums and looks over at him, “Charlie and Shiloh are cute.”
He smiles, “Okay.”
Jack reaches over to squeeze his arm, “You pick the cutest names.”
Henry smiles shyly, “thank you.”
She grins at him as her free hand rub her stomach, “My top one I think is Arden or Sage.”
He grins at her and laughs, “then that’s a top two.”
Jack laughs and raises her brows, “They are yours too?”

Henry smiles and reaches over to place his hand on her stomach lovingly, “Our baby girl.”
Jack moves her fingers over his and grins, “You’re gonna be a girl dad.”
He smiles, “I’m excited.”

Jack hums softly and shrugs one shoulder, “I mean I’m gonna be with you forever but we don’t have to rush it. It will happen someday but I think with our lives just really starting outside of school plus baby, I don’t need a piece of paper yet.”
He smiles at her, “What about a ring though?”
She laughs and raises her brows, “Worried someone will try and hit on me and my pregnant belly?”
Henry grins, “well you are incredibly sexy.”
Jack laughs and shakes her head, “I don’t need a ring but if you wanna give me any jewelry, I’ll take it.”
He smiles at her, “Okay, baby.”
She squeezes his hand and smiles, “What are your thoughts?”
His brows raise, “about which part?”
Jack laughs and glances at him, “Do you feel like we need to be married?”
He shakes his head, “I don’t think we need to be married. I know we’re forever.”

He smiles, “I guess that’s why we work so well, cause you do the opposite for me. Literally, with your pixie dust.”
Jack laughs and nods her head, “Literally. But you love it?”
Henry laughs, “I love how weightless you make me feel. I’m still not sold on the pixie dust.”
She giggles and shrugs one shoulder, “Maybe one day.”

He smiles and moves his hand to hold hers.

Henry laughs, “I’m glad you feel that way.”

She puts her hand over his and smiles, “I do too.”
Henry rubs her skin lovingly, “as much as I love her mommy.”
Jack grins and kisses his jaw gently, “That’s a whole lot.”
He nods his head as he smiles, “it is..”
She hums happily and cuddles into him, “We are lucky girls.”
Henry smiles and kisses her forehead.
Jack closes her eyes again and sighs happily.
He shuts his eyes and lets out a soft breath.
She relaxes into the bed and hums, “Nap?”
Henry nods his head, “yes please.”
