i know you all come to this blog for IZ and not for me, so i’ll keep the explanation brief just for those who are curious. as some may have noticed, this blog has gone through several long, unannounced periods of inactivity in the past. i won’t go into detail but these were all because of various mental health-related issues. i’ve loved running this IZ blog for the past 4+ years—seeing everyone’s comments and tags on reblogs has always been the most fun and heartwarming part for me, and i loved getting to help some of you learn more about our amazing boys. but running this blog has also caused me to feel a lot of pressure and stress. with the new year on the horizon, i believe it’s time for me to officially let go of this responsibility.

i still love IZ, and as much as i’ve enjoyed being part of the ILUV community in this way, i think stepping down and letting myself enjoy the comeback without worrying about having to update this blog will actually make engaging with them and their content more fun for me going forward.
