I was in a rush when I passed by this man sketching a beautiful scenery. He was so slow but sure.. I know I've been chasing time and living a faster pace of life distracted by the things that don't really matter. At the end of the day I normally find myself wondering: What if I stayed just a little bit longer? What if I didn't have to go? With every impulsive shutter actuations and every cautious pencil strokes, were we able to capture the same scenery? I left too early; guess I'll never know.. "Life is short. And life is long. But not in that order."

For 9 3/4 years, Hachiko kept going to Shibuya station every morning and afternoon precisely when the train was due to enter the station, waiting in vain for the return of his beloved owner. 9 3/4 has an all new meaning now. 😢 (at Hachiko Statue)
