Steve would follow Robin and Nancy to the edge of the earth if it meant they could stay close friends. I refuse to believe he’d just stay behind in Hawkins and be content as he is.

Him being a teacher makes sense, him being a coach makes sense. But him being a teacher stuck in Hawkins, in the town that brought nothing but fear and torment into his life?? As Nancy Wheeler said: It’s bullshit.

Even Hopper is getting the fuck out of Hawkins. Hopper, the same guy who came back after years, who got mad at Joyce for wanting to leave? You’re telling me he’s getting out of there and Steve isn’t?

Maya was throwing shade that Steve and Nancy get 0 resolution in this interview.
