I don’t know if these even count as push-ups but I tried…

A few people have asked me to do some exercise on video so I finally caved. There’s a lot I can’t do, obviously physically, but I have limited options to record.

I have flatmates so can only film in my room, which isn’t very big. And I have downstairs neighbours who I can’t imagine would love it if their 350lbs neighbour starting doing jumping jacks…

But I managed to attempt a few push-ups. My god it was hard work. It’s the most exercise I’ve done in a long time. I had to lie on the floor for a few minutes to recoup enough strength to heave myself off the floor.

Started the day off with a huge brunch with my friend. Then I came back to my room around noon. After about an hour, I started feeling a little hungry again—naturally, I filled that space (and more) with leftover pizza and seltzer water 🍕 🫧
