Part 2. How great is IU?

A:  “It was our first time hearing IU say she’s tired.”

After preparing the outdoor dining area, we sat quietly, waiting for IU to arrive, but when she arrived, everyone was near tears, as we had never seen IU look so tired and our hearts ached for her.

When she first came out, she wasn’t wearing her hood, did not have makeup on and was swaying slightly as she walked.  She didn’t hear us the first two times we called out to her. When she finally heard us and turned around to wave to us, everyone was shocked as we had never seen IU look so fatigued with dark circles under her eyes. If you saw her then, you would have started crying too.

After greeting us, she went into the waiting room to do her makeup. As she was doing her makeup, SW (one of the fans) asked her, “Are you very tired?” She answered, “Yes, we filmed through the night yesterday, so I’m very tired.” SW replied, “You should eat more later on then.” IU replied, “Neh, kamsahamnida (ok, thank you). I’ll go out to greet everyone after I’m done with my makeup.”

So you guys MUST remember to watch the drama ‘Moon Lovers’ on August 29th!

IU after she had her makeup done! Seeing the light purple decorations, she was really happy! She took out her handphone and kept taking photos, while looking really sweet.
