A message of feeling secluded and feeling like nobody cares about you. I feel it.

When I was 16 I was diagnosed with bi polar disorder. I acted out because of it. Got myself into trouble, addicted to drugs, being provocative. I went through a hard time trying to wake up every morning without hating the person I saw in the mirror. In the downward spiral I lost who I was, what I really enjoyed in life. & I'm sure most people can relate. But all I want to say is if you have a mental illness, just remember it always gets better. You'll find someone who loves you just as you are. If someone like me can break out of the misery of self sabotage, you will too. 🙏🤙
