In the game, when you dominate/ kill a merc from the other team, you usually get a line where you insult that merc,

Talking about lines! Let's mention how Heavy (all languages TF2 has been translated to) has the most amount of lines calling Medic and maybe even more counting some special ones! (Like the "I love this doctor")

At the end of last part of the tf2 comic where we can see miss Pauling giving speech, Heavy and Medic are standing on the left side with Soldier and Zahnna and Hale is standing with his partner i dont know name of (sorry i forgot her name).

All couples were placed on the left side so did Heavy and Medic...

Let’s start off talking about the update page. Is it just me or are Heavy and Medic standing closer to each other than anyone else?

Also this next one is a big piece of evidence… A Sniper achievement.

Beaux and Arrows! An achievement for Sniper when you kill a Heavy and Medic pair with a bow. Now, Beaux is an old word a lot of people haven’t heard nowadays. 

Beaux is plural for beau. And they aren’t pronounced how they’re spelled by the way, Beaux sounds like “bows” and beau sounds like “bow” so that’s why it’s called Beaux and Arrows. Clever, Valve. Now learn to count to 3.

ANYWAY

Moving on to talk about Meet the Medic

“Oh, don’t be such a baby! Ribs grow back!” Medic said as he pinched Heavy’s cheek. 

Heavy was pretty calm the entire time Medic was trying to give him a new heart! Heavy trusts Medic a lot, even though it was a bad idea for Heavy to be awake during that procedure.

I don’t know, I think this voice line is very sweet. The others on the team probably think “Oh, he’s saying it in a friendly way!”

I honestly think in the next comics there will be some actual Red Oktoberfest. Valve can’t be afraid of love forever. I mean, there was a spy line just added and apparently Spy likes his teams like he likes his romances: in groups of six.

I mean, I’m pretty sure Spy is Polysexual. Now, when are you actually going to confirm Heavy and Medic are gay for each other?! Huh?! HUH VALVE?!?!
