As a sufferer of anxiety attacks I have to say this is a very good explanation of how it feels to have an attack and how to deal with someone having one. Only thing I would change is that while shortness of breath occurs, studies have shown that deep breathing can make it worse, so start with some smaller shallow breaths and work towards deep breaths as their breathing regulates.
