silence isn't always golden.

{ Her eyes shone with confusion and fear as she looked down at the girl. She hadn't been here very long and Blythe was still frightened by the outbursts that other patients when through, but did anybody get use to seeing sights like that? The girl pulled on her pant leg and she did it very softly. Swallowing thickly, Blythe tucked a piece of hair behind her ear nervously. Slowly, she then bent down and carefully took the girl by the arm to help her up. }

If you think that will work, that’d be lovely. 

{ Quickly, Blythe scribbled against the notepad with bug, loopy letters. 'I've never done this before. This way of communicating...' She held it up for the girl to read before answering her question. She was excited that someone was trying - really trying to communicate with her. This time, her writing came out not as neat as the first time. 'Blythe. My name is Blythe. And you?' }

{ Blythe could easily see that she was making the male before her uncomfortable. Running her fingers through her hair, her big blue orbs gazed toward him. She sighed lightly and shrugged her shoulders - not knowing how else to help. Then, she gave him an apologetic frown before slowly starting to back off. }

{ She bit the inside of her cheek and shuffled from on her heels. Of course he didn't understand that he should probably go out and get some air, this happened on the daily but it still made her frustrated. Next, she made a gesture of taking a deep breath, then pointed back towards the exit. }

[Alyn didn’t know what to do. She couldn’t eat when she was so upset, and she was too scared to ask if she could go without eating. For now, she felt stuck - trapped, in fact.

{ Feeling a grip on her leg, Blythe jumped and looked down. Witnessing the girls outburst sent her into a panic and she let out a short yelp before tugging her leg away. Backing away, she looked at the girl with wide, shocked eyes. }

[The cafeteria is too loud for someone like Alyn. It’s big, it’s scary, and there are too many people. Alaina and Lainor aren’t helping her right now, so she’s alone in her head.]

{ Blythe rubbed the back of her neck as she looked at the girl, then at her feet. She did this a few times, not knowing what to do. Biting her bottom lip, she pulled the sleeves of her shirt over her hands - then sat emotionlessly. }

{ He was oblivious to her presence, he was talking alone and low, obviously nervous. Her touch made nothing but pull him away. What was her problem?}W-what? 

{ She snapped her wrist back and clasped her hands together. Blythe didn't mean to frighten him. She swallowed thickly and slowly put her hands up in a submissive manner. Blythe then looked over to the exit and pointed to it. }

Too much noise.. too much noise..

{ Looking at the guy with sympathetic eyes, she debated if whether or not there was a way to help him a little. In the end, she gave him a few hesitance and light taps on the shoulder to get his attention. }

{ She looked at the girl sadly sensing her fustration. She shrugged and looked at the floor, shaking her head. }

Great. 

{ Blythe rolled her tongue along the inside of her cheek and looked down. She had never been asked if there were other ways for her to communicate with others. Passing an office desk, she swiped off a small note pad and a pen. Blythe shrugged lightly, hoping this would do. }

{ The blonde put one finger on her nose, and another finger pointed towards the brunette. }

It’s not really fair that you’re here..  But we could get a good walk in? 

{ Blythe shrugged at the girls words. In the short while she had been her she didn't really mind the place. Blythe smiled lightly, nodding before aimlessly taking a step in an unknown direction. } 

'S that why you're here?

{ Swallowing thickly, she nodded and chewed on her bottom lip. }

{ She blinked and opened her mouth, almost ready to mutter 'Sorry', but she quickly set her mouth shut and frowned. }
