His name is Caleb, he is apart of the recent viral video showing him have a manic depressive bipolar breakdown while working at his job with @holidayinn I do not know if he has been fired, I hope he hasnāt, but I understand if he was.... because appearances mean more to corporations than its employees mental health. This was a clear depiction of manic bipolar depression, I can tell, because I too suffer his pain. Heās not aggressive towards any others but himself, because he would rather take it out on himself than to hurt another. Iāve seen wayyyyyy too many people posting about how heās a danger to others, and thatās just not true at all. You can also tell how bipolar depression acts at the end, when after his manic episode he immediately apologizes and sobs profusely...... this isnāt because āheās just crying because heās gonna lose his jobā, this is because he understands that he couldnāt hold back the WAVE of emotion that had taken over his mind and even with trying his absolute HARDEST to keep his composure, he was bested by his mental health......... you can tell from the way his eyes are darting back and forth, that he was fighting with all that he had to keep his composure. I do not fret Caleb. In fact, I donāt blame him AT ALL for what had happened. I blame the actions taken by the cameraman and the fact that mental health assistance is so hard to get in America when most insurances donāt even cover it and business insurance doesnāt cover it. I hope, that holidayinn and itās owners can talk with Caleb and get a mutual understanding that mental health isnāt a joke, and doesnāt deserve firing because it made someone a little uncomfortable due to their actions. (Which was mainly caused by a man trying to go viral and not being compassionate at all) I hope this money sees you, and I hope that you can not only get the help that you need, but that others can learn that mental health isnāt a joke, and we must ALL show compassion in the face of adversity, because you never know what someone is going through.
