For anyone who hasn’t seen this video, Christopher Logan (the white guy), is confronting the co-owner/manager of Hank’s Olde Irish, a bar in Capetown, South Africa, after his Black friend, Thabiso Danca, was denied entry on December 1. A bouncer told Danca that he couldn’t enter the establishment without a white companion so Danca and Logan went back the following day to confront management about the racist incident. In subsequent videos here, you can see that Logan doesn’t let the manager just brush the incident aside or throw the bouncer under the bus. He said the bar’s discriminatory policy is a crime and made the co-owner/manager apologize to Danca for the humiliation he had to endure. And to end it, he said the co-owner/manager better change the policy cuz they’re not just gonna let incident isn’t go away.
