Take a moment and look at it, really look at it, take in the way the pink swirls round and round, turning before your eyes, pulling your eyes to the center. 

Your eyes start at the ends, before dragging into the center. Over and over, until you’re stuck on the center, staring into the center, spiraling down and down and down as you find your eyes locked into that one spot. 

Take a moment, stop, and stare. And I want you to count down from 10 as you stare, then up to 10, then back down from 10, over and over as you stare at the spiral. And you’ll do this 5 times each. Ten counts of ten. A total 100 seconds staring just at the center, letting your mind go for 100 seconds.

Now that your mind is a bit more foggy, much more gone, I want you to take in how pink the spiral is. And when you think pink and humans, the first thing that comes to your mind. Women. Females. 

Soft, sweet, beautiful women. How good they feel, how nice they look, how soft they are… Think to parts of them, how nice and soft they are, how good they feel.

There’s another one, with women, but you can’t really think of it right now. It’s so hard to remember what goes with women. What the opposite is. It’s almost like it doesn’t exist.

And I know it'll be difficult. Getting out of bad habits and into good ones always is. I know you can do it though. I know you want to do it. I know you'll try your hardest, and I know that eventually you'll forget you ever even had. It'll just be normal, just how you are.

And you won't remember being any other way.

So the next time you feel a 'but' bubbling up through the fun pink fluff in your head, you push it back down. Keep it inside. Wiggle. Giggle. Nod. Bounce. Anything that'll keep you distracted from thinking too hard. Squeeze your thighs together. Ask them to repeat the question because you're such a dummy. Blink and cock your head.
