Photos from The Morning Sea @ Mercury Lounge on 9/1/14. It was such a fun set! I had missed their last show at Rockwood, so I was really excited to shoot them again.

I'll be posting the photos from the gig itself soon, but in the meantime, check out these pics I shot with The Elijah Tucker band before their show at Rockwood Music Hall on 7/23/14!

The indie-rock guys in The Morning Sea came by the Way Station to play a gig again this past Friday! It was a great show, and it was definitely a pleasure to shoot them again, let alone hear them. Quite the talented (and handsome) group of fellas, here are some of my shots from the night.

The Morning Sea @ Rockwood Music Hall 7/12/14 A group of handsome fellas I’ve been wanting to take pictures of for awhile, I finally had the opportunity to shoot The Morning Sea at their Rockwood show on Saturday. It was so packed that they were turning people away at the door! Although I had seen them play previously, the opportunity to shoot them kept eluding me. It was an awesome set, where they debuted a few new songs.

Jon is probably the best guitarist I've ever met, and I'd never even had the privilege of seeing him perform his own music. I got to see him play at The Way Station for Prospect Heights Music Festival tonight, and I was just blown away by his talent.

My good friend Andrew was playing a solo set at The Way Station last night, and I had the privilege of shooting it! It was super fun set, and a great opportunity to use my new equipment.

Got to see my fellas in The Jacks play another gig at The Way Station! It is always a blast to see them live, and their 4-part harmonies are so incredible. I was hopping around on various pieces of bar furniture--booths, stools, and chairs-- as well as crouching on the ground and such to get shots. Mike O'Malley stepped in to perform the last song with them. It was a rad night!

Saw Late Cambrian for the first time at Santos Party House on 5/31/14! It was a great set, and super fun to photograph.
