Introducing iScribble 2.0, HelloPaint

Hey! We missed you, and wanted to let you know about our efforts to continue the iScribble legacy. We have less than 70 hours left to reach our goal to bring back iScribble with HelloPaint!

What is ** HelloPaint? **iScribble sadly closed down in 2018 due to the discontinuation of Flash and outdated technology, leaving a legacy of 630,000 users and countless friends and art made.

We could not stand by idly while such a wonderful community was about to disappear, so we've been working hard to envision and bring what the next iteration of iScribble may be.

HelloPaint is the next generation of online art collaboration. We're continuing the legacy from iScribble in partnership with malmal.io, a more recent and super cool collaborative drawing platform in the same vein as iScribble.

We are bringing in the exciting new technologies that were developed at malmal.io and combining with the incredible culture and pedigree behind iScribble in order to help inspire and bring people closer together with art.

Why should I support this?

We are working hard to bring back the sense of community that iScribble and want to welcome all of our old users back home. Your feedback and suggestions are incredibly valuable, and your support will be so important in making sure the HelloPaint is the tool is developed in the way the users want.

1.Pledge in our Kickstarter Campaign - We've been working incredibly hard to get HelloPaint to where it is now, but we need help to really get this past the finish line and bring this to our loving community. We only have 70 hours left in our Kickstarter with just under $2,000 left to go to reach our goal!

2.Spread the word! - If you believe in our mission, please help us spread the word. If you are a legacy iScribble user, spread the nostalgia! If you are a malmal.io user, post your art in your circles and help us get more attention!

3 Be yourself - This platform is a dream that we've had for a long time. This wouldn't have been possible without the passion and love that our community had for art, and for each other. This is a project of love. Love for art, love for community, and love for you.

iScribble had a 12 year legacy, and reached over 630,000 registered users through just word of mouth.

 Over 100,000+ collaborations were created!

But, iScribble was unable to keep up to date with changing technology and was forced to close in 2018.

Personally, I joined iScribble back in 2010, and it quickly became my creative home where I grew as an artist.

One year, I remember bringing in the new year, hour by hour, with my friends all around the world.
