The bedroom door swings open, and he lays me out across his bed, my hair spilling across the pile of pillows. He spreads my thighs wide and kneels between them, bending to loom over me. My chest is rising and falling in sharp, needy gasps.

“My son's a fool,” Fen snarls, and drops his voice to a lethal whisper. He brings his lips to the shell of my ear. “I’ll show you how a real man worships a woman. Starting by tasting every inch of you.”

I hear his disapproving tsk, and feel his hot breath against my thigh. “Let me play, Violence.” The brush of his morning stubble against the sensitive skin of my leg. His mouth explores me like he owns me, like he has all the time in the world to map every inch of my body.
