I understand that it’s my responsibility to correct my behavior and explore its origins. I need to reflect on where these actions began and take the time to sit with and feel those emotions, no matter how uncomfortable they may be. Ultimately, my healing and growth are my own responsibility, and it's not easy, especially when it involves reliving painful experiences.

Feeling like you're not "grown up" enough at 23 in college is normal. Life is messy, and nobody has it figured out, despite what social media says. The idea of being a perfect adult is BS; you're already dealing with tough stuff like classes and bills. So don't beat yourself up for feeling lost. Focus on small victories, talk to people and don't compare yourself to others. You're doing well, even if it feels like a struggle.
