How to Use Individual Group Mail Sender
This App is different from other group emailers putting addresses to To:, CC:, or :BCC; it can send personalized group mails individually one by one. You can put variables in your mail and the variable will be converted to "Contacts" data like first name, lastname, company name, nickname, prefix, suffix.
Newest version of this app is 1.2.2. Support for iOS6 and new 4-inch devices. Please update before you start to use.
First, you need elaborate your "Contacts", set your email account, and make groups.
■Elaborate your "Contacts"
Elaborate your "Contacts" on your device's default Contact. email address is must. If you send friendly email more, adding nickname is recommended.
Tap setting tab. And then tap Account Setting. (Connect Timeout will be explained later)
Tap Edit button, then tap left side of Add New Account "+" button, you can add new account. (example of me.com and gmail.com setting are installed)。If you drag ”三” mark you can change the position. Tap ”replace to your address”, you can edit the setting. Swiping the existing account, you can delete it.
Change "example" to your account. Password will be saved by safe way (keychain by apple iOS) and at only your device. You can set another smtp server setting. Each server has its own setting. Please follow email server instruction.
Next, group setting. Tap Group tab.
Tapping New makes new group. Long pressing the group name makes the name change. Swiping group name makes the group delete.
Select the group you made, tapping the contact is the switch to put the contact into the group. You should pay attention to when you have several account for iOS "Contact". (GMail, me.com, etc.) The group you made is put on your default account at your device setting and you can put the default account contacts into the group.

Device's Setting ＞Mail/Contacts/Calendar＞Scroll down to Contacts＞Default Account
Group you made on this app will reflect the device's contacts group. And this app uses the device's contacts group for group mail send. So, you can use another app to edit the group.
How to make a new mail, a new order is the same as account setting. Let's tap "Variable Example"
1st row is the title of this mail template, 2nd is the subject of the mail, 3rd is the body. As the sample saying, you can use the following variable.
{firstname:} → first name
{lastname:} → lastname
{nickname:} → nickname
{prefix:} → prefix
{suffix:} → suffix
{company:} → company name
{name:} → name as same as the name listed on iOS "Contacts" list.
When you send email these valuable will be translated to the device's contact each data.
Tapping right above clip mark, you can attach a file.
Not only picture from "Picture", but also file from Dropbox
Dropbox is a cloud service which can sync your pc's folder on the internet. You can attach a file from the service.
Tapping folder makes going down the folder, file makes start downloading for attaching the file, and long pressing the file makes previewing the specific file. On Dropbox app, attaching the file for the mail is just add the link, but this app can attach the file from the downloading.
After you select the pic form your device or your Dropbox, the app will ask you to change the size. Beacuse this app will send the attachment to each addressee. Larger size of the pic makes longer sending time when you send bulk number of emails. We recommend you to change the size if it has no problem.
Attachment file size will be seen. You take it as a suggestion. The attachment can be deleted by swiping the cell.
Without tapping Save botton after you leave the page the change you made will be lost.
At preview you can check how the template you made is converted. If the template has a attachment, the tumbnail will be seen at right bottom corner. If you find some mistake, please go back Mail Compose tab and fixing and saving it and go back to this tab.
Tap "To:" cell, you can check who to send. Please check it before you send. Some contact has several email addresses. All email addresses in the group you select are included to addressee. The address you don't need can be deleted by swiping the cell. In the case you need add more, press the "+" button right above.
"Template:" you can select which template you use.
"To:" you can select which account you want send emails from.
Start sending emails by tapping right above button. Once you tap the button, even you move to defferent tab, the app keep sending the emails, even you press the home button and move to another app, the app keep sending the emails for 10 min.
You can check sent history at Group Mail tab extra section Sent History.
If there is the error, it will be seen. Tap the cell.
In this screen, "Unable to connect to the server" means connection speed might be slow or mail server is jammed. In this case,
At Setting tab, please make Connect Timeout time longer. It might help.
■Designated Domain Search
Tap Designated Domain Search at Group Mail tab.
How to add new domain search is same at account setting. This time, please tap "Japanese Cell Phone".
This domain search will find all of your email addresses which contain these domains, and then move to group mail preview screen.
This is helpful for finding specific cell phone carrier or company email addresses.
This function is backward search line by line. So you can put not only domains but also specific email addresses. you can make project member search by emails.
When you boot this app first time, the app will ask you permission to access to your contacts. Please tap yes. Otherwise, the app is going to be useless. If you tap "Cancel" and the app show no your contacts data. Go following setting,
