The  irken scoffed. “ Is it not customary to bring the effected sick pathetic earth child a GIFT as motivation to heal ? “  He walked around to the head of the bed, looming over. “ How’s that  hippo sized head of yours, ehh?” 

“Since when is DIRT a present?” And Dib leaned back as Zim pushed into his face and side-eyed Zim pretty hard. “More to the point… how is yours.” He pressed his thumb and forefinger together, making a triangle, peered through his fingers at Zim so as not to say the name directly.
