we have about 4 pepper plants in our veggie patch but somehow the peppers don’t get big. they get about 4-5 cm long and stay that way.
so i decided to make some of those stuffed peppers i like to buy. it was pretty easy to make them and they do taste good, a little bitter but good! so here’s what you’ll need to do: cut open the cleaned peppers and but them into the oven for a few minutes. you could also grill them on a bbq.
while the peppers get grilled, you mix together feta, two spoons of creme cheese and some herbs. i used fresh rosemary and basil from my balcony. *oh i forgot the onion i but in as well, cut it into tiny peaces an mix with the cheese.* let the peppers cool down and spoon in the mixture carefully.
prepare a clean glass with cut chilies and garlic. now add the stuffed peppers tight and poor in the olive oil. let this soak for some days in a dark cool place.
