In the corner of Bitter 'n Sweet

The cure for anything is saltwater; tears, sweat or the sea.

Tears. I cried. I cried a lot. I cried myself to sleep. I cried because I miss the memories that we shared together. I cried because I felt that I have wasted my time and love for you. I cried because you never called me back. I cried because I never find the courage to hold on. I cried because I trusted you. I cried because I believe that we would end up together. I cried until I had no more tears. I cried until I felt numb. I cried until I realize that I need to let you go and I need to free myself from the pain.

Sweat. I started to enroll in a boxing class because I must box this anger and disappointment out. I am not a person who wants to get in shape and my sole purpose was to punch. I kinda like the feeling of punching and now my week is not complete if I haven't gone into the boxing session and yes, it feels so good. I feel better everytime I finish the session.

Sea. I've been to Olango Island and Bantayan Island. I need to escape, even for just a little while, from all the stresses and thoughts that had been troubling me.I want to drown all my miseries. I need to breathe. I don't want to say it but I was miserable when you left me. I thought that the mask I have put on to hide it was effective but it was not. How much I tried to conceal it, I did not succeed. Everyone can see that I was not okay and I was just scared to admit that I was.
