TERENCE MCKENNA WAS RIGHT

Terence suggests in his book “The Archaic Revival” that we are exponentially reaching higher and higher levels of complexity, which he called “novelty.” Novelty can be likened to the opposite of entropy. By plotting major moments in the our Universe’s history of novelty (Big Bang, first atoms, first stars, first planets, first life, first complex life, first intelligent life, first language, first civilization, first world war, etc) he discovered a fractal pattern which he called ” Timewave Zero.” By analyzing this fractal pattern of ever increasing novelty using a computer aided algorithm, Terence realized we would reach near infinite novelty on December 21st, 2012, the end of the Mayan Calendar.
