People say that time heals all wounds, and maybe they’re right. But what happens if the wounds don’t heal correctly, like when cuts leave behind a nasty scar, or when broken bones mend together but aren’t smooth anymore? Does it mean they’re really healed? Or is it that the body did what it could to fix what broke?

Is falling in love with someone’s story the same thing as falling in love with the person himself?

Growing up means making tough decisions, and doing the right things doesn’t necessarily mean doing the thing that feels good

It’s what’s buried deep inside that frightens me because it’s broken, like a shattered mirror

I guess that’s what saying goodbye is always like - like jumping off an edge. The worst part is making the choice to do it. Once you’re in the air, there’s nothing you can do but let go

I believe in irrational, fleeting decisions that keep life interesting. And life needs to be interesting because we’ve only got one of them to live.

You spend your whole life in a labyrinth, thinking about how you’ll escape one day, and how awesome it will be, and imagining the future keeps you going, but you never do it. You just use the future to escape the present
