You Are Beautiful, In Every Single Way.

So today I stepped on the weighing scales. No word of a lie I have never weighed more in my life. I feel shit. But I won't let the desire to indulge win yet. I am more determined than that. I will get this excess off me.

So yesterday I was busy catching sun rays! But I did it by running, football, rugby and cleaning a car engine! So hopefully that pays off! This is today's breakfast for now might have bananas on toast too later

To start today off I started cleaning the cars engine, now I've just had toast and coffee and a naughty but nice ice lolly! Time to crack on with the inside of the car now:)

Being a bit naughty, but it's celebration of a friends birthday that I missed on tuesday.

An omelet for lunch with red pepper. Healthy and yummy. Hopefully will fill my tummy after my run this morning 👍

Breakfast for day 2 consists of red berrys and natural yogurt. Lovey flavour and great way to start my day!

I am sic and tried of feeling like the ugly. Fat. Disgusting one. So I'm going to blog myself to confidence and fitness. You don't have to like me, and you can judge me. Idc anymore. But you can like me, and inspire me too. I'm going to do this regardless. So this is day one. The beginning of a new me.
