Okay so basically he is a variation of Horror, but what had happen was, Undyne didn’t only take one of his eyes but both, and she also lobotomized him and injected Kindness into him as well… trying to make him forgive her so there would be no problems or whatever, but that backfired.

Now the Kindness (stuff that is swirling in his eye and emitting from the crack in his head) has started to eating away at his SOUL causing Zomb to become half dead half alive.
