This city-owned apartment complex was built as part of the affordable housing initiative launched by Newcrest City Council years ago. Located in Bridgeview, right next to The Block and the basketball park, it stands as a clear reflection of the city's dedication to its residents. Over the years, the Council has worked hard to ensure that public services are always effective and that decent housing remains an accessible necessity rather than a hard-earned commodity.

Nicolas prefers to spend his days reading or cooking in the kitchen of his studio apartment rather than talking to anyone. And most days, when he isn't attending his uni classes to become a chef, he does that. But since moving to The New Block, he has met a wonderful couple, Charlie and Lexi.
