Bendy sighed, gesturing like it would just suddenly appear for them and then resting his head back on Oswald’s chest.

Oswald's arms wrapped tighter around Bendy, holding him closer even as the imp's words sent a lance of pain through his heart.

Oswald knew the truth in what Bendy said, knew that their love was bound to end in grief and loss. But that didn't make it any easier to hear. And hearing Bendy apologize for it… like this was all his fault…
